DoubleTree by Hilton Omaha Southwest

The hotel was clean and quiet There was a tear in the carpet outside the bathroom that needs to be repaired as it would be easy to stub a toe Also the shower curtain was flimsy and needs to have an inside curtain to keep it from sticking to the person while showering. Overall an ok stay but for the cost, I will probably stay somewhere else next time I visit Omaha

Clean room, some small stains on the main room carpet, carpet fraying from bedroom to bathroom. Didn't find any cups in the room except for coffee IE bathroom to brush teeth. Loved the pool. Staff very kind with awesome smiles.

Nice large room, clean and well furnished. Of course the warm cookies upon check-in are my husband's favorite. We dined at the onsite restaurant, very nice.

It was a wonderful stay for grandson and I. There was exceptional customer service and for those people I encountered, you made the stay rise above. Thank you also for the cookies :)

The pool was nice and spacious. Their breakfast was pricey, so I didn't get it. The room was clean and relaxing.
