⭐ 1/5 Stars — Extremely Disappointing Experience! My stay at Comfort Inn & Suites was unacceptable. The room was filthy, dusty, and poorly maintained, with dingy, torn sheets and dead insects. The bathtub drained extremely slowly, while the heating, ventilation, and fan systems were inoperable. To make matters worse, the staff was uncooperative and showed little concern for guest satisfaction. Cleanliness, comfort, maintenance, and customer service are not luxuries; they are fundamental expectations of any reputable hotel. Unfortunately, this property failed miserably in every category. I would not recommend this hotel. Management needs to take immediate corrective action!

before i even came into town, i had a question that i messaged the property about on here and never received a response. i also tried calling at different days, different hours of the day, i called 5 separate times without anyone ever responding. once i actually got there and checked in though, the room was absolutely filthy. the floors hadn't been vacuumed in probably weeks from what it looked like, there was a "intimacy" stain on the chair that had not been cleaned off, and where the wallpaper was bubbling and torn in the shower area, literal mold was in it, i also pulled the sheets off to find bugs on the mattress. i've stayed around the world in hostels, in not so great areas, etc before and havent been in a place quite this disgusting.

This place was filthy. Dirt, leaves, debris scattered throughout the hallways. Over flowing garbage cans. You can tell it hadn’t been cleaned in quite sometime. My room smelled, everything was sticky, bathroom smelled of urine and the ceiling was crumbling.

I booked a trip to Pittsburgh late and this was the only room available in the area. From the moment i saw the enter bollards at the driveway, which clearly hadn't been painted in a decade, I suspected it was not going to be a good experience. When I entered the lobby, about 10 minutes prior to check-in, they said check in wasn't until 3pm. So there were several other people waiting while she just sat there. Then we all had to wait in line. There was a water container in the lobby, but it was empty. Along with the coffee urn. There was a nasty stain on the hand towel in the room. The toilet ran constantly with pauses every 20 seconds or so. There was only about a third of a roll of toilet paper left, without another fresh roll. No smart TV. To cap things off, there was a MAJOR roof leak in the lobby area on my last day. They had buckets lined up to catch the water, which were full and spilling out onto the floor. The bar was nice inside, but nobody was there. The lights were too bright and the bartender didn't even offer a glass or coaster for my beer. It was the worst hotel I've ever experienced. The breakfast, however, was acceptable.
