The house stands in secondary street (low traffic), just outside the village center of Sterrebeek, easy access to Brussels city. The rooms are situated upstairs of the house, and are fully furnished. I am the single tenant and I am 3-4 days a week in Brussels. . Free parking for car and/or bike with a secured garage. Direct access to walking/running trails. Walking distance from shops, banks, restaurants. Fitness, tennis, golf centers and parks/wood nearby. Bus station at 5 minutes walk.
