Very solid no frills airport hotel. Large room, clean and quiet. Note the airport shuttle starts at 5am, and breakfast starts at 6am on weekdays. Would stay here again

Overall this hotel met my expectations. It was easy to access from main highway. Free parking. Area seemed safe without any undesirables noted. It was a short drive to restaurants and a Walmart for supplies. The room was clean. Some indication of worn furnishings but nothing too gregarious. Bathroom was clean and shower had good water pressure. No issues with water temperature. Breakfast was basic with only a couple hot items, usually a meat and an egg dish. Also the usual "Continental" type items. It was complimentary. Overall I would stay here again and would recommend for a clean basic hotel.

Clean, quiet rooms, but thin walls. 1 elevator with broken floor tiles, the other sounded like it would break down. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and hot (no bacon, grits or biscuits.tho)

Airport shuttle service between until 11PM is advertised and this was a big part of why I chose this hotel. However, after my plane landed, I went to the shuttle queue at 10.30pm, but no shuttle came. I was left stranded and with no phone service. I had to pay $17 for a taxi to the hotel, where the manager refused to reimburse me.

Nice place, easy to find and comfortable rooms. People working there were professional and courteous. The only problem was the elevator was very slow the first night and broke down on the second day. Stairway was fine and I was on the fourth floor.

Quick check in. Some of the furniture was old and torn. Shuttle wasn’t running so they got me an Uber. That was helpful.

The hotel itself was great and the staff super friendly however they advertise airport shuttle available but they do not have shuttle for eatly morni g flights. Had to pay for an uber to get to work. I based my choice on having a shuttle.

Easy check in with very nice gentleman helping us. Room was very clean. Great bed and shower. Breakfast had delicious waffles and fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, milk with a couple of hot items. We will stay here again.

Very old hotel. Very dusty in the rooms, musty smell in room. Baseboards appeared to have rarely been cleaned. Lighting in room very dim, lighting in hallways very dim and dirty. Washcloths that were placed in room as clean had dark stains on them, holes in bed linens, stayed for extensive time and room was never vacuumed. Elevator made lots of noise, sounds like it was in need of repair, luggage carts were difficult to push and wheels loose as well as hardware on rack.

Initially we were given a room and once we entered, there were lot of smoke smell, looks like someone smoke a pack of cigar in the room. And the smell stayed. We’ve requested for an other room and the staff has changed to other room. The room looked great in the beginning, but as the time passed by, we saw a cockroach in the room. Since it was very late, we somehow kept ask the luggage on the top of the desk and slept since we were tired. Really hate the cleanliness of the rooms in this hotel

Found a huge dead cockroach under the front edge of the bed. Also was bitten several times on my arm by some type of insect while lying in bed. Going to report it to the manager on Monday.

The AC was squeaking in the room I was assigned, but the front desk reassigned me no problem. Room darkening shades worked quite well. Will stay here again if in the area.

Just an average place to sleep. Nothing special about the breakfast. The front desk was not the friendliest. Internet service is a joke. I have very spiritic connection issues and a speed test only showed 2.5 Mbps download. Had to connect my Notebook to my phone to get around this to do some work. When I talked to the front desk they connected to the wireless from his phone and said all good. I will stay at different hotel next week.

Perfectly nice upper midscale stay say except for the paper thin walls and door. I heard so many phone conversations and hallway conversations all evening. TV was a little small with no guide and no stream options, weird thing to cheap out on.

The bathroom was nice! The TV was older need upgraded. And the king size bed was great. And the walls are very thin I could hear people outside the door.

Seems like most of the time I was waiting on staff at the front desk to ask questions… on my last day waiting for the elevator, the housekeeping staff cut me off and went into the elevator without even acknowledging me… Overall not sure I would book with your hotel again

Hotel was clean, but the staff and customer service was lacking. Breakfast was poor and on both days they run out of food and there was no one supervising the food. so after looking for the front desk manager, she was able to find kitchen staff to refill eggs, juice, coffee and so on. also when I asked about why they were not towels in my room, the front staff told he had to idea but I could take some from downstairs. I asked if someone from the cleaning crew could do than bc I was on my way out and I was told, he did not know if they were. So when I got back to hotel I had to ask for towels again and take them to my room

The price was very attractive. However, at checkin the agent reeked of smoke, the room smelled musty, and in the morning none of the 5 employees in the foyer made any attempt to be friendly.

Overall this hotel met my expectations. It was easy to access from main highway. Free parking. Area seemed safe without any undesirables noted. It was a short drive to restaurants and a Walmart for supplies. The room was clean. Some indication of worn furnishings but nothing too gregarious. Bathroom was clean and shower had good water pressure. No issues with water temperature. Breakfast was basic with only a couple hot items, usually a meat and an egg dish. Also the usual "Continental" type items. It was complimentary. Overall I would stay here again and would recommend for a clean basic hotel.

I like that this hotel is close to the highway and there are plenty of good healthy restaurants that are near by and not very expensive.

Property was very nice. Rooms and breakfast area very clean. Excellent room, new shower. Bed comfortable. Not sure why it’s a 2 rating, Great value for this place. I would rate it a 4.5. And close to airport. Thanks

Easy check in with very nice gentleman helping us. Room was very clean. Great bed and shower. Breakfast had delicious waffles and fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, milk with a couple of hot items. We will stay here again.

The staff not helpful. They told us the breakfast is from 7 to 10, but everything finished by 9 am. When we asked for refill, they said we are waiting for someone from outside of the hotel to refill it. That person came after 40 min and when they brought the scrambled eggs, it was super cold. Very disappointing

Hotel was clean, but the staff and customer service was lacking. Breakfast was poor and on both days they run out of food and there was no one supervising the food. so after looking for the front desk manager, she was able to find kitchen staff to refill eggs, juice, coffee and so on. also when I asked about why they were not towels in my room, the front staff told he had to idea but I could take some from downstairs. I asked if someone from the cleaning crew could do than bc I was on my way out and I was told, he did not know if they were. So when I got back to hotel I had to ask for towels again and take them to my room

Good rate for a good hotel. Breakfast was not bad but not as nice as other hotels on variety. Would return but stayed at another hotel with a bit more and slightly nicer at a competitive price the same week to compare for next stay in area.

Staff was courteous and friendly. Bed was comfy. Bed sheets weren’t great (hot, type of fabric didn’t breathe). Breakfast was tasty. Other guests were taking up too much space on the breakfast bar to prepare their own meals.

The staff is friendly, the place is spotless, quiet area. This is my second stay in this hotel and coming back in August. The only thing is running out of breakfast before 9AM, while breakfast hours is 7 to 10. The pancake machine is always broken. Very small items to adjust for a perfect experience. Again, I love the team, the cleanliness and the place. Thank you!

We killed three cockroaches in one day and we were only in the room for about 2 waking hours that day. Front desk moved us to a much cleaner room. I kept my socks on the whole time I was there because I did not want to walk on those floors. They're doing a renovation on the hotel, but they waited too long. It should have been done a while ago. They moved us to a room in a different floor where the renovation has been completed and it was infinitely cleaner than the ground floor.

Break ins in the parking lot. Drivers side window was smashed out of our truck and our friends truck. Construction team remodeling the hotel had been hit 3 times. Break ins are happening at all neighboring hotels to.

Here's the deal. Property appears to be recently purchased by whomever and is under active renovation. There were obvious abandoned vehicles in the parking lot (flat tires, covered in debris, etc). Staying 1 night, flying out early the next a.m. Checked in, went to room, door was open and hadn't been cleaned from previous occupants. I was given a new room. (No big deal-stuff happens). Room was okay. Paint was patch work paint, didn't match-spotty. A couple of the power outlets didn't work. Bathroom repairs from old fixtures was juvenile at best. IE: old soap dispensing unit removed, new one installed below the old location. Instead of removing the old anchors, patching the holes and repainting, they attempted to patch over the anchors and repaint-terrible look. Brown residue near the vent in the bathroom, rusty?dirty? Tops of baseboards had dust/dirt on them, plainly visible. Lamp shades old and brittle, don't touch them, they'll crumble or crack. Internet was terrible. Window looked out back-trash everywhere-looked like homeless had been camping out. Outside area still had painters tape and drop cloth plastic covering up the areas that had been painted. Honestly-just looks like a hotel that has been through it, sold, bought, being renovated (at the lowest possible cost), and re-opened before it was even close to being ready. Luckily, we were only there for 10 hours.
