직원들 친절하고, 수영장 두개, 헬스장 , 매끼 조식 앞에 마사지샵 근처에 맛집 그냥 환상. 담에가도 이 곳에 묵을 예정 가성비 최고 서양 친구들도 많이와서 조식은 인종 다양하게 즐길 수 있는 음식들이 있어 좋은 체험이었습니다.

The property is very conveniently located in Nimman region with a 10 min walk to Maya Shopping Complex and One Nimman. The property has two swimming pools with jacuzzi and steam/ sauna rooms which are great amenities to relax. The breakfast served in the in house restaurant is amazing. The region has lot of local food joints and a KFC short walk from the hotel.

One of the best hotels you can get in Chiang Mai. Very good service desk, rooms, food and faciliates. The only thing was the firealarm that was scary and we had to go to the front to find out why. They accomodated our ask to get a king size or queen size bed. The location though becuase it is close to Maya mall (good) but also the Bolt/Grab cars may take a bit longer becuase the main insterection light takes about 5 minute each signal change.

セキュリティがしっかりしていて安心なホテルです。バスタブにお湯をためようとしましたが、途中で水になってしまい、シャワーも水しか出なくなってしまったことが唯一残念でした。その後、１時間位したらお湯が出るようになりました。スタッフはとても親切でグラブのドライバーともめたときは間に入って話をまとめてくれました。次回チェンマイに行くときもこのホテルに泊まります。

Love the Kantary Hills Chiang Mai. Been coming here for years. The staff are attentive, the rooms are clean and we love the breakfast buffet. The rooms although clean and spacious could do with an update. Other than that we still love the Kantary!

We stayed 7 nights here and housekeeping staff were very nice. We didnt felt the front desk staffs weren't too nice or willing to help when we checked in and whole time we stayed. Hotel is clean but everything is dated and especially the shower and the bathroom.

This hotel was in a great location for tourists. It had the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel in Asia (lot's of options, great display, good coffee). The rooms were big but average. Hard to get warm water. A/C was noisy.

The suite was okay. We liked that it was spacious. The mattress was not a very good one. I think a 4-star hotel should have better, more comfortable mattresses. Breakfast was so-so. Not impressive. But the location of the hotel was good. We were situated on the same floor as a teenaged volleyball team so there was a lot of loud talking in the hallway. Despite these annoyances we still thought the hotel was OK but I would probably choose another one next time.

My number one choice for staying in Chiang Mai. Great location. Rooms are very spacious with bathtub and kitchen. Fantastic breakfast. Staffs are always helpful.

친절하시고, 24시간 체크인 되고, 깨끗하고, 넓고, 이용하진 않았지만 수영장에 온수도 가동되고, 큰길에서 조금만 들어가면 돼서 접근성이 좋으면서도 시끄럽지 않았어요. 조식도 먹을만 했어요. 다만 님만해민이라 비행기 착륙 소음은 늦은밤, 이른 새벽부터 시끄러웠고, 조식을 먹으러 가는 다른 손님들의 대화소리가 들릴 정도로 방음이 좋지는 않아요.

The one thing to know is that it's on the departure path of the airport, so it can be quite noisy during the day. It seems between 10pm and 8am or so there are no flights, though.

직원들 모두 넘 친절하고 꼼꼼하게 챙겨주셔서 감사합니다. 갑자기 아기가 아파서 병원갈일이 있었는데, 프론트에 말씀드렸더니 여권챙겨야된다고 도움주시고, 병원까지 호텔 차로 이동 및 치료후 픽업도 해주셨어요. 정말 정말 감사합니다. 호텔방은 거실이 있어서 가족끼리 방에서 모여 이야기 나누기 편했고, 세탁기가 있어서 편했어요. 다음에 치앙마이 오게되면 꼭다시올게요

Absolutely loved it. The staff is way above and beyond anything we've ever experienced. My daughter forgot her iPad and we were at the airport when we got the notice from the hotel. Not only did they bring the iPad to the airport but they insured that we had everything from the room. I cannot thank you and your staff enough for the unbelievable stay we had. We love your property and can't wait to be back

Everything was really great. The breakfast was always a high point for the new day. So many new things to try each day. Super clean and awesome staff. Only complaint is that there wasn’t an Irish pub in the lobby area. But that’s probably asking too much. Haha
