Surestay By Best Western Obetz Rickenbacker Airport

Right now the hotel is going through a major renovation. But even then, the staff are still able to provide much needed support to their guests.

The room had dried blood on the sheets their was dog poop under the bed that wasn't cleaned under no ice maker no snack machines yes it's under construction but even being under construction the housekeeping could been better

Upon arrival the entire building was under construction. That was not advertised on the website. The entire downstairs is covered in dirt and grim as well as garbage and nails littered all around the hallway. The room in self was disgusting. It smelled like mildew and there was mold in the closet. The a/c was making very loud banging noises as well as it sounding like water was sloshing around. The bathroom was covered in dirt and sludge. In our room itself we didn’t have a desk or desk chair. We only had 1 of the 2 beside tables. Out of the 3 lamps only 2 worked. The armchair was broken and completely unusable. I killed a roach in the bathroom. On top of it all my family boomed multiple rooms there all on the same day and my mother’s room was given to someone else. The front staff was not communicative and incredibly dismissive with the issue. I would never recommend staying there nor would I ever stay there again. Disgusting hotel.

The room was fine. The staff was fine. They were under construction, and there was no access to the common areas. The building looked as though it was abandoned. There were a lot of of drug addicts on the site. I would not recommend this to anyone.
