I chose this hotel because in the Description at list that they have a cherry blossom park On their property. This hotel room was an extra $20 a night and I chose to pay That for that Specific and what block of homeless people doing drugs, and walking around in the nude. When I brought this up to the representative at the front, he just brushed it off and said I don't know. Was so full of homeless and crackheads that it was very unsafe to walk around with a child or a pet or being a woman. The stairs that come down to the lower levels also reeked of feces and urine. The gym on site did not have working AC and the machines are very old. Hot tub was non-functioning and looked disgusting. The only good part about this hotel is that it is right near the highway that is about it.

Bad neighborhood. Gate around parking and doors locked at 9 PM. Crazy lady out front screaming and directing an orchestra for the traffic passing by from her walker in the curb Then she walked into the hotel because it turns out she was staying there. There was a shower cap over the smoke detector in our room. And our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. It had looked like blood to be on the walls and I needed to go get wet wipes to wipe off all the surfaces and I wiped off white streaks from the headboard. There were cigarette burns all over the bathroom. The tub had black in the tub and on the caulking. Even worse, the Expedia pictures show a location with green grass and there is no green grass anywhere near this property. Also, all the homes around the area were boarded up and it is across the street from a marijuana dispensary on a very busy street with bus traffic. I am surprised that Expedia suggest this hotel anyone this place is an old dirty hotel in a BAD neighborhood.

Parking is small, end up pk on street. back of pk lot are homeless makes the kids feel unsafe and unable to sleep. We all worry that our car will get cracked in. smells in the hallways. Hear people screaming in the hall way. Fire fighter were here right before us...not suggested if you have kids. Only great thing is breakfast for this stay.

Wasn’t terrible but definitely makes you question your safety. Halls are hot and stuffy. Floors creeks makes you question the structure. Breakfast wasn’t it kinda felt like it was from days but I could have been in my head on that part bc I was questioning everything. Check in was smooth. Friendly staff.

We chose this hotel to be close to the airport. Hard to find, old, hallways were exceedingly hot compared to room. Our bed was hard, the room smelled like urine. We stayed on the second floor, the room above and ceiling WE COULD HEAR EVERYTHING and the a-holes paced the floor and jumped on bed for 3 hours at 2-3 AM

It’s below par for price. The hot tub doesn’t work yet advertised. And hasn’t for while. The tub has no drain blocker I used wash clothe. Coffee pot creamer n sweetener. NO COFFEE. SHOULD NOT HAVE TO ASK.

The rooms were gross with stuff on the celings. The hot water wasn't hot just kinda warm every time we tried it. Its in a terrible part of town. Just was a overall bad place to stay. Almost 200 bucks for one night and this place was basically a motel 6. Fool me once. I will never stay there again.

The stay was horrible. The bed sheets in the room were soiled and the lady at front desk was very unprofessional handling the situation. Eventually got a different room. The corridors have a bad smell. One night a homeless guy sought refuge spent the night at the bottom so the stairway

The room was clean and comfortable. The water pressure and temperature was good. The breakfast area was clean and the food was decent. All the staff was kind and helpful. The parking lot was clean and well lit. My only issue was the curtains were not long enough to block out all the light from the parking lot.

The staff at breakfast was rude and would not let me bring anything up to the room for my daughter. The bathroom was discussing we didn't even shower there. I took pictures because it was the worst hotel I have ever stay at.

The rooms are dirty. First thing that we found on the table were insects (ants). Beddings were dirty and hotel has made sure the room is poorly lite to hide the dirty linens. Efforts to have them changed fell on deaf ears. Bathroom curtains were old and worn out. Overall, this is a poorly kept motel charging price of a hotel

Over all it wasn’t to bad. However the bathrooms were extremely small no room to dress in when your In mixed company. The building seemed a little ran down and the elevator was a bit slow for going one flight.

It's in a bad neighborhood - street people sitting on the curb. I wondered if maybe rooms were rented by the hour and it seemed like people were living here. Saw some really questionable people in and out of here. Creepy! Left a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I dont want anybody coming in while I stay here. Room is nice except for the bathroom - way out dated and shower head sticks out of an open hole, trim around tub is gaping apart.

A little disappointed. The room was gross. But the bigger issue was the wifi doesn’t reach to the far end of the hotel, coming from out of country we really needed wifi. Love the city of Portland. Will be staying somewhere else during my next visit.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times before, which is why we returned on this trip. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk and after waiting about 10 minutes, I went to find someone. We had hoped to have an accessible room, but they were all spoken for. It was clear that our room had recently been remodelled, though some things (like the tub) were a little "rough around the edges." The toilet was rather small for adults, and we had to stand in a corner to open the door. However, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast the next morning was outstanding.

When we arrived about 8:00 pm. there was no one at the desk to check us in. We yelled for someone, but there was no response. After about 10 minutes, the phone rang and the clerk emerged from a back office to answer the phone and we told her we had been waiting. We booked a one bedroom suite and were disappointed that there was very poor lighting. The dinning area had no lights at all the living room had one lamp and the bedroom had one lamp, but it was very dark for us. The sofa in the living room area was well worn out and uncomfortable.

Manager Jimmy takes time to know me personally and is always aware when I am coming for a stay. Excellent staffing service. Rooms have been upgraded very nicely!

Lady at the front desk was a zombie. At times she wouldn’t even register that you had spoken to her. Location is not wonderful; lots of homeless in the area. First room we went to had sawdust on the floor, an unpleasant smell and stains that we optimistically took for ketchup. Went to tell the zombie at the front desk who helpfully told us that housekeeping would take care of it in the morning. Seriously. We asked for another room which was okay at best. Everything was old (finish long worn off, dings and chips everywhere) but clean enough to sleep in. Definitely would not stay here again.

Went to tell the zombie at the front desk who helpfully told us that housekeeping would take care of it in the morning. Seriously. We asked for another room which was okay at best. Everything was old (finish long worn off, dings and chips everywhere) but clean enough to sleep in. Definitely would not stay here again.

Wyndham needs to take their name off this one and it needs to be shut down. Homeless line the sidewalk just outside of the back parking lot, there is a fence but easy for homeless to take advantage proximity to steal from cars. Don’t expect much out of desk staff. The person who checked me in came across as annoyed as I entered the lobby. Then told me I would have to pay a deposit just in case I smoked. Most just say you’re subject to a fee. No coffee in the room so I asked for some from the desk, she said she didn’t have any. By the time I tried the machine for hot chocolate and water came out I didn’t bother to go to desk. Just checked my CC and no credit. I’ve be overcharged. The only reason I booked this hotel is it was the closest to the hospital!! You know linens and cleanliness were ok but something as simple as the peep hole needed to be repaired. I stuffed a tissue into it. Many hotels are old, but this one needs be closed down. When leaving I saw another desk employee arguing with a customer. I handed my keys and left. This hotel was busy. It comes across to me as a bait, demand a smoke deposit, conveniently not credit and wait for people to call and demand it. Not the way to do business!

Wasn’t terrible but definitely makes you question your safety. Halls are hot and stuffy. Floors creeks makes you question the structure. Breakfast wasn’t it kinda felt like it was from days but I could have been in my head on that part bc I was questioning everything. Check in was smooth. Friendly staff.

There were homeless camped all around the property and the property appeared to be temporary housing for some of them. We were (two senior women) uncomfortable parking and walking to the entrance with so many people around. The furniture and fixtures in the rooms and hallways were worn out, but it was clean, staff nice and helpful, and the breakfast was great. Despite that, I wouldn't stay there again. I was a bit scared by all the homeless camped yards away.

Bad neighborhood. Gate around parking and doors locked at 9 PM. Crazy lady out front screaming and directing an orchestra for the traffic passing by from her walker in the curb Then she walked into the hotel because it turns out she was staying there. There was a shower cap over the smoke detector in our room. And our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. It had looked like blood to be on the walls and I needed to go get wet wipes to wipe off all the surfaces and I wiped off white streaks from the headboard. There were cigarette burns all over the bathroom. The tub had black in the tub and on the caulking. Even worse, the Expedia pictures show a location with green grass and there is no green grass anywhere near this property. Also, all the homes around the area were boarded up and it is across the street from a marijuana dispensary on a very busy street with bus traffic. I am surprised that Expedia suggest this hotel anyone this place is an old dirty hotel in a BAD neighborhood.

For a budget option this was just ok. The neighbourhood is quite dirty/sketchy with drug users in the parking lot often. Did not feel comfortable walking to the car after dark. The bedroom itself was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were super friendly so overall it was an ok stay since the location/individuals outside are out of the hotels control.

The hotel is old but very clean. It's on a very busy street so there was a lot of traffic noise all night. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. Also, the hotel is not in a very good neighborhood.

The room was clean and comfortable. The water pressure and temperature was good. The breakfast area was clean and the food was decent. All the staff was kind and helpful. The parking lot was clean and well lit. My only issue was the curtains were not long enough to block out all the light from the parking lot.

The staff at breakfast was rude and would not let me bring anything up to the room for my daughter. The bathroom was discussing we didn't even shower there. I took pictures because it was the worst hotel I have ever stay at.

This was very basic. It’s an old property. There was an overly perfumed/air freshener smell in the room. The bathroom was old. No coffee maker, no blow dryer- but did have a holder for one on the floor. Our room was right next to a strange patio and windows that looked like it was on the back of the elevator, so our privacy wasn’t guaranteed. Although it was a no smoking room, the window had a big cigarette burn on it. The bathroom was older, the tub was too high up and that was difficult to get in and out of for myself with mobility issues. There was a grab bar on the wall next to the tub that I appreciated though. Finally, I use a walker and on the floor, there’s vinyl wood flooring, there is a very large uneven lip on the floor that is a fall risk, for a walker, a shoe to get caught on. The evening we checked in 8/14/24, the front desk girl was very sweet, but the next morning, the girl working barely acknowledged us. Won’t stay there again

Within the facility was fairly nice. Rooms were fairly clean and breakfast was decent. You get outside the property there are signs of homeless encampments around the area just down the street are a couple of strip clubs that kind of drag down the area.

There was a gaping hole under the air conditioner stuffed with paper. The bathtub was too high to safely climb into. Breakfast was not appropriately supplied with food, and not restocked as people ate.

The bed and pillows are great and everything wlse was not. The toilet was not clean, the sink was clogged and had haor in it, the tub was very old and damaged and there was mold on the walls. Breakfast was ok, not as many options as most, like honey and peanut butter.

Avoid this place — significantly worse than our previous stay We booked a 4-night stay at this Ramada Inn but left after less than 5 hours because we no longer felt safe. What makes this especially disappointing is that we had stayed here about a year and a half ago. We knew the neighborhood was rough and that this was not a luxury hotel. There were some seedy-looking people around the area, but they were not inside the hotel. Despite the surroundings, our previous stay was safe and reasonably clean, and we knew what to expect. This time was completely different. The property had deteriorated significantly. During our stay, a fight broke out right outside our room, with two men screaming, threatening to kill each other, and hitting the walls. We genuinely feared for our safety and decided to leave. The room was also not properly clean, and the overall condition of the property was very disappointing. Honestly, this no longer felt like a hotel. It felt more like a halfway house where rooms were being rented to travelers. When we requested a refund because we were forced to leave due to the unsafe conditions, staff directed us to the General Manager, Jimmy O. We have contacted him by both phone and email and have received no response. Staff were unhelpful and unsympathetic. We were willing to accept the rough neighborhood—we had stayed here before and knew what we were getting into. What we did not expect was to fear for our safety inside the premises.

The room was clean and the price was good. They changed the rate for a late checkout to a higher price at the last minute, but I'm honestly just happy that they have that option available so I'm not going to complain too much about it. Although, it's nice to be told upfront. Everyone's polite and the room was a good size.

Asked about bed bug incident, clerk stated it happens and it was only one room. Room was dirty. Back parking lot, three vehicles sat with flat tires, people sleeping in their vehicle. With the homeless encampment, should have some type of security on site? Didn't eat breakfast.
