Skön säng. Hårda kuddar. När vi checkade in blev vi erbjudna uppgradering till rum med jacuzzi och tackade ja och betalade $55 extra. Jacuzzin fungerade dock inte. När vi kom till frukosten kl 08.50 var den redan bortplockad. Inte ett hotell vi skulle rekommendera.

“Breakfast included” should be changed to “light continental breakfast of cereal and bread.”

The room was never cleaned from previous guess the ceiling was falling floor had holes the metal on the wall cut myself and husband the remote was broken the outlets were broken the smoke detector was missing I begged to switch rooms and was refused.

They had us check in later then reservations. Elevator was broke . Ac wasn’t cold . Went to breakfast at 7:50 am & it was already gone . Only thing left was cereal but no milk

Upon entering the room we seen 6 roaches scatter from the fridge and microwave area. I got a video of a roach behind the screen on the microwave where the time is. I immediately asked for a refund and they refused. We did not stay here. Services were not rendered. This place was unsanitary and uninhabitable for my family. It’s as if hotels.com only chose the good reviews to put on here. Look up the reviews on google before booking. Don’t stay here unless you have nothing against roaches!
