Not so bad a good place close to lots of things to do

VERY BUDGET!! Air conditioning worked great. Parking was efficient. Water stains on the ceiling, a roach on the wall, no screen on the window. People can live there. Barbed wire on at the entrance. Nothing to sign. No receipt given. Although it is run down, nothing scary happened with any other guests and we stayed safe and our car was safe.

This place is so completely run down I can't imagine how to describe it. Luckily they replaced carpet with vinyl plank flooring but every other thing was in awful condition. Holes in the sheets and dried wax or glue also. Broken tile in the bathroom, light fixtures rusted out. Graffiti on the bathroom wall. Toilet seat was worn down and shabby. The bathroom door trim was broken, dented, and missing pieces. The refrigerator was spray painted on the side? The sidewalks and staircases were so dirty. I was embarassed to have booked this room for my traveling companion.

Well... it's definitely a no frills place. There is no place to hang clothes. There were stains on what I think was supposed to be a comforter (more like a top sheet?). Based on the dirty footprints in the bathtub, the last guest in that room didn't wear shoes. At first I didn't think the AC worked, but then I noticed it wasn't plugged in. It was wired through some control box mounted on the wall that didn't control it. So there we as full on freezing cold or nothin. There are more negatives, but I'll throw in some positives. Parking has full video surveillance and seemed safe. It was Friday night and based on the guests I saw, I was truly surprised how quiet it was through the night. And location is very convenient. For the price, it's OK.

Towels were very small and not enough. When asked for more towels were told to wait till the morning. Curtains were to small and didn't cover the entire window we haff to cover it with blanket.
