Paid $90 to park for two days informed her of the large van said we needed to park on level two the entire thing was full of compact cars had to illegally park stressed on getting towed awake all night. The “complementary breakfast” we were told about was not free for our room apparently only the special people with “higher rates” receive that. Paid a lot of money to sleep there to just continue to get charged for everything! Never staying there again!

Such a nice place and parking usually available in structure. Convenient location to spend weekend in Little Italy and able to walk to most places. The bar is nice and staff have been friendly as well as helpful to point out discounts for partnering restaurants.

Everything is great at this hotel except the parking is very tight! Full size truck or bigger, Good luck! Street parking meter maximum 2 hours. 6 hour out side parking 6 hours for $45. Hotel is great, but if you’re driving and not with a smaller vehicle. Caution cause meter enforcement works at night also.

Whilst the place looks well maintained there are some real issues with noise. The air-conditioning units are super noisy in the King bed rooms and across multiple floors. The staff tried to accommodate and offered me 3 different rooms but they all had the same issue. I'm not honestly super sensitive to noise but you wouldn't sleep well with them on and I had to turn them off each night even on low speed fan. The walls are pretty thin too and you can hear people talking in the next door rooms. Whilst the ajoining rooms had multiple people in them talking they weren't being overly loud. It's a pity because otherwise this place is pretty good and staff are helpful.

Hotel was in a great spot and we were able to walk to Little Italy. Our room was clean and the staff was friendly. I removed a star because parking is over priced and the garage is horrific (be very careful if you have an SUV). Also, we had to request extra linen and amenities because although I said 4 ppl, they didnt stock the room to accommodate us.
