This was our 3rd time staying at Low Tide and we absolutely love it. It is perfect for myself, my husband and our pup. The fenced back yard is a plus, the proximity to the beach - fabulous! Our daughter lives in the area so we stay here and they come visit us, we go to the beach, go to many of the local restuarants. This trip was originally planned for October of 2023, but we had a family emergency, and the hosts were kind enough to move our dates without any penalty. Thank you again for a great stay!

Our stay at Low Tide was Wonderful and Relaxing. Great location and the Cottage was VERY clean, cozy and had everything and more needed for our 4 night stay with our FurBabies. Morgan greeted us upon arrival and was a pleasure to speak with and offered suggestions for our visit. There are many place’s within walking distance: The Pier, Restaurants, Donut Shop, Pizza Take Out and a Gas Station Convenience Store. We hope to visit again and highly recommend staying at Low Tide.

Morgan was wonderful to work with! The home was very well decorated, clean and contained all the necessary items, such as washer and dryer that came in handy. Location to beach could not have been closer and VRBO provided all beach equipment needed. One small drawback is the construction happening next door.

We stayed on the first floor of the 2-story property. There =was enough storage space in the bedrooms but the kitchen was a bit cramped . In fairness, we do not eat out that much so we provide some of our own cooking supplies. The access to the fenced backyard was handy as we could just open the kitachen door for the 2 dogs to go out.

Property is just as described in the pictures. The owners have taken care of all the details. Everything you may need is at your disposal in the house. Neighborhood is peaceful and you are next to the beach and only a few minutes from St Augustine downtown. The fenced back yard is also equipped we a nice seating area and a barbecue and lots of little details. The owners had a goodie bag for us and a bottle of wine and the lights were on for our night arrival. Very clean. Lovely place. Next to great restaurants and eateries.

Low Tide was absolutely perfect for our family’s brief stay in St Augustine. Location is awesome - easy access to beach, plenty of excellent food/restaurants within walking distance, and short drive into downtown St Augustine. The house itself was very clean, well stocked, and the beachy decor is perfect for area. We would definitely stay again.

Low Tide is a truly wonderful beach rental! My family and 2 dogs just returned from 5 nights there and we had a wonderful trip. Pics are a nearly perfect representation of what you see when you arrive. Kitchen is well equipped with all the things you need and some you may not know you need. Beds are super comfy. The beach chairs are in excellent condition and came in handy when one of ours broke the day we left for our trip. Our cell service was spotty while in the house, not the fault of the house, just something to note. Communication with Morgan was amazing - friendly and very responsive. The added touch of being met in person for check in was so nice. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would love to come back again and again!! Note: The beach renourishment project had our beach access blocked so we had to walk a bit further to get to the sand. However, they are moving quickly and that amazing beach access should be open again very soon. Bright side: It was interesting to see how that process works and the beach is going to be huge when they are done.

Perfect for a weekend getaway with wife and my two fur babies. Unit was cozy and had everything that I needed - from modern appliances to fenced in yard that was perfect for my small dogs. A lot of attention was paid to being utilitarian, clean, and stylish.

The unit was clean and didnt have any pet odors which is FANTASTIC for a pet friendly unit! It was exactly as pictured, walking distance to wonderful restaurants and right next to beach access. Morgan was a wonderful property manager who meets you there to give you the keys to the unit. He was very attentive to our arrival time. Great place!

Adorable 2 bedroom duplex. Extremely clean and well maintained. Included everything we needed. Blocks from the ocean. Excellent communication from the property manager. Available for any issues. We had no issues. Very quiet neighborhood. Many restaurants, gas stations, shopping - you can walk to. 15 minutes to downtown St Augustine--by car. We would recommend and come back.

We needed time away with our dogs. Perfect fenced in back yard. Morgan is a great host, location clean and as described. Has everything you need, just pack your bags and come on down. You can be downtown in less than 20 minutes or step outside your door to the beach or any of the beach locales. Location is convenient to restaurants, which makes it a bit noisy. Sunset Grille parking is adjacent. Beach access is tricky since recent storm wiped out sea wall. Beach here is crowded due to being close to public parking and pier.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo is warm and cozy, we truly felt at home upon arrival . The owners have thought of everything…details that make a stay comfortable and convenient. When we arrived, we didn’t feel like we had to run out to the store, but instead relax and go walk the beach.The lovely bottle of wine and treats were above and beyond 💕. The property manager Morgan was wonderful, meeting us there was very welcoming. Thank you again for such a wonderful week.

My wife and I decided on a last minute trip to St. Augustine and my search came across this property. Our criteria was close to the beach and close to the downtown historic district. This checked both boxes. Upon arriving we were greeted by the Morgan, the property manager who was kind and helpful. He gave us some information on the area including recommended places to eat. The home is tastefully decorated with a beach decor. My wife and I loved it. The best part? Step outside the home, turn left and walk three houses down to the beach access. Fantastic! After a day at the beach. go home shower and go out to eat at any one of the several restaurants within walking distance. Our car stayed parked except for the ride down to the historic district which was 10 minutes away. Overall a great stay hosted by great owners. Highly recommended. Thanks!!!

My Husband and I, plus our 2 pups have taken a mini vaca in St Augustine for our anniversary for the past 4 years. This stay was by far the best. Low Tide is so comfortable and spacious, without being too big. The king bed was perfect for the 4 of us, the shower was WONDERFUL. The full size appliances made a HUGE difference. A rainy day would have been no problem. The small touches throughout the unit we so pleasant and made us feel so welcome. This IS THE place to stay!

This was our 3rd time staying at Low Tide and we absolutely love it. It is perfect for myself, my husband and our pup. The fenced back yard is a plus, the proximity to the beach - fabulous! Our daughter lives in the area so we stay here and they come visit us, we go to the beach, go to many of the local restuarants. This trip was originally planned for October of 2023, but we had a family emergency, and the hosts were kind enough to move our dates without any penalty. Thank you again for a great stay!

Location is steps to the beach, adorable rental with comfortable furnishings! My partner and I very much enjoyed our stay, as did our pup! Morgan was terrific to work with, always so responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back, thank YOU!

My wife and I decided on a last minute trip to St. Augustine and my search came across this property. Our criteria was close to the beach and close to the downtown historic district. This checked both boxes. Upon arriving we were greeted by the Morgan, the property manager who was kind and helpful. He gave us some information on the area including recommended places to eat. The home is tastefully decorated with a beach decor. My wife and I loved it. The best part? Step outside the home, turn left and walk three houses down to the beach access. Fantastic! After a day at the beach. go home shower and go out to eat at any one of the several restaurants within walking distance. Our car stayed parked except for the ride down to the historic district which was 10 minutes away. Overall a great stay hosted by great owners. Highly recommended. Thanks!!!

We had a great vacation and will definitely return to St. Augustine! Our family loved the property and the location! We were close to great restaurants, and steps from the beach! The owners were so welcoming and thought of everything! They definitely paid attention to detail…from the welcoming bottle of wine to the books on the shelves with a little note to take it home with you if you didn’t finish it during your stay! We were very happy with our stay at Low Tide! Looking forward to our next visit!

Morgan was wonderful to work with! The home was very well decorated, clean and contained all the necessary items, such as washer and dryer that came in handy. Location to beach could not have been closer and VRBO provided all beach equipment needed. One small drawback is the construction happening next door.

This is our second stay at the low tide. Morgan is always a pleasure to work with. The house is amazing with everything that you could need for your stay. We had a few hiccups this time, but a quick text to Morgan got things sorted out. The one thing that would make the stay at low tide better would be to have a WiFi extender so that the WiFi from upstairs can cover the downstairs better.

Low Tide is a truly wonderful beach rental! My family and 2 dogs just returned from 5 nights there and we had a wonderful trip. Pics are a nearly perfect representation of what you see when you arrive. Kitchen is well equipped with all the things you need and some you may not know you need. Beds are super comfy. The beach chairs are in excellent condition and came in handy when one of ours broke the day we left for our trip. Our cell service was spotty while in the house, not the fault of the house, just something to note. Communication with Morgan was amazing - friendly and very responsive. The added touch of being met in person for check in was so nice. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would love to come back again and again!! Note: The beach renourishment project had our beach access blocked so we had to walk a bit further to get to the sand. However, they are moving quickly and that amazing beach access should be open again very soon. Bright side: It was interesting to see how that process works and the beach is going to be huge when they are done.

We needed time away with our dogs. Perfect fenced in back yard. Morgan is a great host, location clean and as described. Has everything you need, just pack your bags and come on down. You can be downtown in less than 20 minutes or step outside your door to the beach or any of the beach locales. Location is convenient to restaurants, which makes it a bit noisy. Sunset Grille parking is adjacent. Beach access is tricky since recent storm wiped out sea wall. Beach here is crowded due to being close to public parking and pier.

Low Tide and High Tide are in the perfect location,easy walk to the beach abd restaurants. 2 minute walk to either of 2 hotels to hop on the The Trolley to tour historical St Augustine. Very visually appealing beach house with every amenity! Will definitely be back for a 3rd stay.

Low Tide was absolutely perfect for our family’s brief stay in St Augustine. Location is awesome - easy access to beach, plenty of excellent food/restaurants within walking distance, and short drive into downtown St Augustine. The house itself was very clean, well stocked, and the beachy decor is perfect for area. We would definitely stay again.

Very clean completely furnished kitchen comfortable beds and sofa pet friendly and has nice outdoor fenced area for pets to enjoy walking distance to beach restaurants and stores and only 15 minutes to downtown we have stayed here several times and Morgan our host is wonderful we highly recommend this place

Gorgeous beach house so close to the beach! We fully enjoyed the greatly decorated, welcoming and cozy interior, the well equipped kitchen and the nice outside places. We especially loved the filled book shelves. Great communication with Morgan!
