Nice property. Near universal, very accesible to parks and to walk around to stores. Breakfast buffet not has no variaty same things all days. It has 3 cereals as choices: Frosted Flakes, Sugared Froted Flakes and I think fruit loops. 2 waffle machines, juice machine: apple orange and cranberry. As for fruits, bananas and red apples. Few variaty of pastries and coffee. Transportation to parks very irresponsables! Schedule states bus pick up at 7am to be 15 min negore. We have waited 1 hour amd hour and a half for the bus!!! Nevero on time from hotel to parks. You have to wait out side the side walk under the cold weather! One of those occasions was almost two hours! Ricardo from front desk had to call a taxi to take guest to universal! Ricardo apart that is a bwry polite and attentive employee! KUDDOS to Ricardo!!

Very poorly maintained hotel, complimentary breakfast is just toast, bagels and juice with a waffle maker, rooms have a very poor air system so the room doesn’t stay cool consistently it will turn on and off even when set to constant fan and with a lower set point it won’t turn on to cool the room, woke up a few times during the night with poor air circulation and it being warm in the room, as for the bathroom the sink would take all day to drain and the faucet for the tub/shower would leak constantly and doesn’t have great water pressure to maintain shower running, towels and linens didn’t seem freshly cleaned and felt a little dirty. But for a place to sleep that’s cheap it’s not a bad option, I spent most of the time out and about so only complaints were while I was there, the pool area wasn’t really well maintained and the water smelt different so I didn’t bother trying out that.

This is a good hotel for the price, in a good are near all the parks. The shuttle to parks has to be reserved 2 hours prior to departure so kind of misleading. Well lit parking area and clean.

We stayed here for a week. The pictures and description do not match what you get at this hotel. The hotel is very outdated and the amenities are not as described. There is also no room service. I asked the hotel staff about it and they laughed that we would expect them to clean the rooms on a multiple day stay; we were told we would need to request it a day before anytime we needed to get anything new in our room. There is a no smoking sign and policy but it smells like it is definitely not followed or there is another foul smell throughout the building. Also the beds are very uncomfortable and the mattresses feel like they are older than you Also all of the amenities listed are either subpar or not as described. The shuttle to the parks only had two options to get to the park, however the first day we tried to use it it was delayed by a half hour from the quoted time. The wifi is also slow and unreliable. There is a swimming pool that is only open from 7a-7p so cannot be used after coming back from the parks if that is what you planned do on your vacation. There is also a fitness center but walking in it is a room smaller than the guest rooms and is dusty and clearly never used. There is an old treadmill and maybe one other machine. The free breakfast is just processed sugars and old fruit.

The whole hotel had a funny smell but I thought was it and when I get into the room the smell was in there too, and the blankets where dirty they had like a blood color and dots on them I couldn’t stay there so I had to leave 15 minutes after the check in

Property not welcoming, room very dirty. Showers dirty, AC has rust and mold. The room smelled like mildew. Room very outdated, headboard was peeling. Just not a good to stay for more than one night. We left the same night we couldn't even shower. Asked to switch the rooms and we were accommodated, but it appears all the rooms seem to be the same.0/10 do not recommend

Very unclean. My first room had hair all over the bed, was filthy, and even had a dirty tank top left in the bed. My second room looked better at first but the floor was filthy and there was hair everywhere again. It was on the floors, bed, towels etc. Then i went to take a shower and rhere were no washrags.

The staff were nice and the room was clean. It was definitely a good deal. It should be noted that the walls are thin and the doors to the hallway have gaps, so you can hear conversations from all the way down the hall and doors opening and closing at all hours. That said, I would stay again

First night was HORRIBLE. Loud neighbors. Screaming and cussing at 7am. Knocking and running away. It was HORRIBLE. Then workers tried walking in twice. I’m not sure why. I had the latch shut so they couldn’t get in. It was just my daughter and I. The AC in the room was SO LOUD. Everytime it would turn off it would make a screech noise.

The rooms are in desperate need of a deep cleaning and updating. The shower wouldnt stop dripping. The headboard looked worn and painted over. The bathroom was dirty in the corners and grout lines. The breakfast was extremely limited on selections.

Property was ok, I stayed at ground floor, couldn't sleep until 2AM Approx, because the noise from above room was so loud! you field the footsteps just above you... also were able to hear all the conversations from the above room. Plus, the light from the outside parking was coming through the curtains, this needs a real blackout.

The property is severely outdated. If you're looking for cheap it will work. The hallways look like that of a horror movie. I did find a dead roach in the hallways. The TV is Tiny outdated and slightly annoying to go through the channels. The doors are old wooden and heavy and slam very loud. You can hear when every single guest on that floor arrives because there's no way to stop the door from slamming shut. The breakfast was average I've had better breakfast at other Baymont Inns. But for the location and the extremely cheap price you can't beat it. What I stay here again probably not. However I stayed as my trip to the area was last minute and I wanted something cheap and close to Universal Studios.

The room was dirty. It was SO LOUD and disturbing all the way until 3 am. Them 4:45 am the dumpster was emptied. Again loudly. The beds had springs sticking you, and the pillows we pancakes. Would NOT recommend.

Will be coming back. Very close to everything, lots of parking, super clean, good showers and tons of pillows. Ulises at the front desk was super helpful and professional. Already told my friends we are staying there for every Orlando trip in the future.

The sheets weren’t clean. The staff was very unfriendly They had a problem from the start because I had a service dog. They tried to say she wasn’t a service dog When I proved she was they gave me a hard time the whole time. The said she barked all night. She sleeps by my head so I know she didn’t. She was only left by herself twice when I went to grab something to eat. I ate my food in the room so I was gone maybe a half an hour each time. The second night she did barked quite a bit there was a group of people smoking dope outside my room. The front desk would not answer my call.to complain. I had to wet towels and put them by the door to keep the smell coming in my room. My dog did bark a lot until they went to their rooms around 2am. They then kicked me out and told me they were going to call the police on me if I didn’t leave immediately. I finally got them to give me a half an hour so I could pack up my room and call and find another hotel. This was at 9am

When we first arrived, we were given a key to a room that was occupied and walked into people getting dressed. Extremely embarrassing. We were told that they had to be moved the night before and no one recorded the change in the computer system. The owners of the property (I presume) sit in the breakfast area and literally stare at people for long periods of time without blinking or looking away when you make eye contact. This happened every morning we were there. Very uncomfortable. The rooms are dated but clean enough. The entire establishment needs a serious face lift. There's obvious flood damage here and there. I will say though that it was cheap and in a safe area and that's what we needed. We will not stay again.

I was told that there was a deposit that had to be paid when we checked in and it would be fully refunded once the keys were returned at check out. It has been two days since we left and my refund has not been processed. If this is how this particular hotel does business I will not be recommending it.

Very disappointing experience, do not recommend! I’m very disappointed with this hotel. Upon arrival, I noticed the cleanliness was far from acceptable, the bed was uncomfortable, and overall the hotel is in very poor condition. I had prepaid for the room through Expedia, but when I arrived at the property, they demanded an additional $5 fee. Then, the next day, I saw a $100 charge on my credit card with no explanation. I called the hotel to ask about the charge, and they couldn’t give me any reason for it they just told me to contact my bank. Now I’m having to dispute the charge through my bank to get my money back. Be careful with this hotel takes your credit card information and makes unauthorized charges. I do not recommend staying here.

You definitely are paying for what you get. Overall not a horrible experience however you can definitely tell it’s dated. The older gentleman manager was extremely kind and friendly. He was going out of his way to get to know the guests myself included. The rest of the staff barely spoke English even though we are in America.

Our stay was perfectly fine. Clean room, excellent breakfast. We've stayed at this location numerous times now and each time the only concern is the wait at the front desk. Whether to check in or to request towels, etc, it's a long wait. The staff each time have been excellent, just need more help. Maybe a second person at the front desk at busy times would help.

Was clean but not very updated. I waited for 20 mins for waffles bc a few ppl made multiples and there really wasn’t any thing else other than cereal to eat. Only apples not other fruit and maybe a muffin left at 8 am .
