The patio is ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or dining outside in the summer months with full use of bbq firepit. During the winter the lodge has a beautiful wood burner to relax by after a day out exploring making this an ideal retreat whatever the time of the year. Step in to the main living area offering open plan living with a kitchen area, dining and seating with the wood burner being a real focus within the room. The property has a family bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower over, basin and WC. The two bedrooms are cosy with a double room and twin room located next to each other. Located just a few miles from the well-serviced market town of Saxmundham where there are two supermarkets, a train station and various independent shops. For those with an interest in History Orford and Framlingham Castle are a must as well as making sure you visit Sutton Hoo. Snape Maltings is within a 15 minute drive which has a selection of musical events throughout the year and a wonderful shopping experience with cafes and pubs to enjoy a re-fuel at!
