Holiday apartment with barbecue

This penthouse apartment with plenty of nooks and crannies is located on the third floor of a villa in the West Coast town of Helsingborg. The villa is centrally located, not far from schools, sports facilities (for example Olympia and Heden) and with beaches, restaurants, shopping centers and golf courses like Vasatorp and Rya in the nearer surrounding. The entrance to the holiday apartment leads over a staircase, separate from the rest of the house. The apartment has a living space of about 50 square meters and includes large windows with a partial view of the water, a dining area, a well-furnished/equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster and electric kettle as well as a sleeping corner and a comfortable sofa bed (240 cm width, 204 cm length). In the living area you will also find a 40" digital TV with satellite receiver. A tiled bathroom with shower and underfloor heating is also available. WLAN access. Please note: Smoking and pets are not allowed. Because of the staircases and windows the accomodation is not suited for small children. There is a double bed in cosy sleeping corner and a sofa bed (140 cm width) for two adult persons in the living area + 2 additional beds for children possible (mattresses on the floor in cosy sleeping corner). Next neighbor is 30 meters away from the accommodation.
