On the ground floor, you will find an open kitchen and a seating area with 2 armchairs and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a capsule coffee machine. Heating is provided by a pellet stove. On the upper floor, there is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, offering views over the surrounding landscape. A shared garden is also available for your enjoyment. A small road runs between the house and the terrace, but it quickly becomes unpaved, so traffic is minimal. You will mostly hear natural sounds, and in spring and autumn, the gentle murmur of a stream 30 m away. 1 shared on-site parking space is available. Up to 1 pet is allowed. Events are not permitted on the property. Please note that motocross bikes and quads are not welcome at this property. The hosts live on-site but not in the booked property. A second, quiet vacation home is located next to the accommodation. The nearest shop is approximately 3 km from the property. Restaurants can be found in Lucenay l'Eveque, Moux en Morvan, Autun, and Saulieu. Chissey-en-Morvan holds the status of International Dark Sky Reserve, meaning it is truly dark at night, making it ideal for stargazing enthusiasts. The unpaved road in front of the house leads to the forest. While it is generally very quiet, there may occasionally be a hiker or motorized traffic passing by.
