This holiday home is fully dust free and Air-Conditioned accommodation situated in Brisbane northside, Chermside West, across to Shopping Center, Doctor, Pharmacy, Gym, Restaurants, etc. The space This house is suitable for those visiting Chermside, Prince Charles Hospital, and other important places in Brisbane. This house is attached to the main house under the same roof, however, separated by firewall. This holiday rental is Completely Separate & Independent from main house. Guest will share only the main gate with others. This is a two spacious bedroom house kept in immaculate condition. Guest access You'll have access to the property by pressing the 4-digit code outside the main gate. We will send the code on the day of check in. This will open the gate so you can drive in the care towards the single garage. Please always keep your car on the right-side of the driveway and garage. - The key to open main door will be left in a lockbox onsite near main door. We will send you the access code the day of your arrival through the booking portal. Other things to note SUMMARY: This generously sized two-bedroom house offers a taste of Brisbane Northside without being too far off the beaten track. From here you can be in the city in 15 minutes driving, or 20 minutes on the bus (bus top is in front of the house), yet you have the benefit of wide, leafy streets, parks and local businesses. We are unable to confirm early check-in before this time. - Late Check-out: Please ask us about check-out after 10AM, and we will try to help as much as possible If you want to book additional night, provided the house is available, we will be more than happy to assist you. - Baggage Storage: If you want to leave your baggage before 2:00PM check in time the same day, you are most welcome to do so. Your luggage will be securely kept and handed over to you when you will check in the same day. PARKING: - Garage parking for one car FREE of charges MAXIMUM GUESTS: This house can accommodate 4 people + We have a Single mattress available for an additional guest. Total 4 + 1 guests. Additional guest will pay additional cost per night.- Do not move or rearrange furniture and kitchen equipments. - Pets Not Allowed at all. - Discharge all garbages in the appropriate Wheelie Bins kept outside of the house. - Damages to the house, furniture, appliances, and equipments, will be payable by the guests. - Park the car either inside or outside of the fence for Free but do not block the driveway for other users. - Smoking, Partying and domestic violence not permitted in the house. If the guest is found doing any of these, there will be immediate cancellation/departure of the booking without refund. - Guest Check in by entering a LockBox code to get the key of the house. However, owner-host can also meet and greet onsite for check in and check out. - All Lights, Fans, Aircons, and other appliances (excluding Fridge) and water taps must be switched off when not required by the guest. While checking out, Guest must ensure that all the above are switched off. 1)smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, including toilet/bathroom. You may walk to the bus stop outside for a smoke. 2)noise Level is to be kept a minimum after 6:00pm. From 10:00pm to 06:00am it is quite time. 3)switch Off all lights, fans, Air-conditions, and other electrical appliances (except Fridge) when not in use. 4)windows & Windows Screens must be closed before check out. This is a dust-free house. 5)wash Dishes, utensils and other kitchen items after every use. If dishes are not washed extra cleaning fees may be applied. Please keep all the dishes at the same place as you found them. 6)re-Arranging of furniture or kitchen items is not permitted. 7)parking - You can park your vehicle inside the Single Garage Or on the driveway either inside or outside the gate. Please ensure that your vehicle is parked strictly on the right side of the driveway, so that it is not blocking other cars entering and exiting from the left side of the property. Do Not park on the grass strip outside the fence, City Council may impose fine. 8)gate Sensor - The Gate will not close, if a car or other object is on the Gate Track. Gate can be closed from outside without blocking the sensor. To close the gate from outside (also when you will check out) please use the same code with hash, by completely standing outside gate. 9)lock External Doors - Make sure that all external doors are key locked when you are not in the property or while sleeping. 10)party & Illegal Activities - This property does not permit parties, domestic violence, or any other illegal activities. 11)unregistered Guests - Only those number of guests registered in the reservation can stay in the house. If you have an extra person staying overnight, please register that person by informing the host prior to that person arrives. There will be an extra payment. Maximum number of guest that can be registered in this house is 4 (bed capacity) +1 (single mattress). 12)pets - We do not allow any kind of Pet in this house, which is already a part of our house rules on the reservation website. 13)delayed Check-Out - Check out time is 10:00am. Please consult with the host if you want to delay your check out so that we can help out as much as possible. 14)lost Key - The fee for the lost of key will be $100. 15)shoes - Please leave your shoes in the garage, and try not to wear them inside the house, unless you have a specific reason. This is a dust free house. 16)damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guests. This will also be reported to the reservation platform (Airbnb, etc). 17)garbage & Rubbish must be disposed in the bins provided at the back side of the house. To access Bins, open the back door from garage and walk to the right side. Red Bin for General Waste, Yellow Bin for Recyclable Waste. 18)washing & Drying - If you are staying for few days or longer, feel free to wash your personal clothing and the provided linen, bed sheets, quilt cover, pillow cover, towel. 19) Immoral activity prohibited.
