This detached cottage with a garden, south-facing terrace, and private sauna is located on the edge of a quiet village and can accommodate 10 adults in 4 bedrooms. Ideally situated for exploring Brittany, it's a 45-minute drive from Rennes and an hour from both the north and south Breton coasts. On foot, by bike, or on horseback, you can also enjoy numerous nature trails that pass right by the cottage (Véloroute, Equibreizh). The accommodation is located on a quiet country road at the end of a cul-de-sac with ample parking. The legendary Brocéliande Forest near Paimpont is a protected area perfect for a nature holiday to share with family or friends, where forest walks are synonymous with tales, legends, and magic. You can discover sites associated with Arthurian legend, such as Comper Castle and the Valley of No Return of Morgan le Fay… The Gîte is as follows: On the ground floor: - 1 living room with equipped kitchen open to the living room - 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x200) - 1 bathroom, a separate toilet - 1 sauna for 2/3 people (accessible all year round) Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x200, - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x200 and a bunk bed (3 beds of 90*200) - 1 large bedroom with 1 King-Size bed 180x200 and 1 bed 120x200 - 1 bathroom and a separate toilet, a small open space with a desk for working The garage serves as a laundry room/laundry room (washing machine-dryer combination).
