Nemo house is beyond exquisite. The beach is pristine and the water was a color blue that I have never seen before. The owners of the house outfitted it with every conceivable convenience. And Esther, the house manager was on top of everything. We loved our stay and cannot wait to come back. Would highly recommend!!!

The property was amazing from Top to bottom, every thing you need is there. Have stayed at a lot of properties all over and this one was one of, if not, the best most complete property. Location is amazing and beach/water is incredible. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Exuma. Layout was perfect for our two families (4 adults and 5 kids). Reading the welcome book I saw the owners build the property, they did a fantastic job. The lay out of the house was fabulous. 10 out of 10 , this property is a true gem.

We stayed at the Nemo House with three couples and had the most amazing time. The house had every amenity you could possibly think of—everything was thoughtfully stocked and beautifully maintained. The location was absolutely perfect, making it the ideal home base for exploring and relaxing.

Our high school seniors and college age children had a wonderful time (even with their parents; )! The Nemo house was a wonderful place to stay. The beds are really comfortable and the kitchen is amazingly well appointed. We used the grill several times during our stay as well. The bay in front of the house is just amazing - clear blue water and the rocks to the left of the house we called our "hot tub pools". It was a VERY relaxing time and the Nemo house only enhanced this atmosphere. Thank you so much for a wonderful week!!

Exuma is our favorite island in the Bahamas and we come here every year. We have rented various properties throughout the years but nothing can compare to the Nemo House. This house is exceptional. The views of the ocean are breathtaking! A lot of houses advertise close proximity to the beach but Nemo house is right ON the beach! We enjoyed our stay very much! I also would like to note that Cynthia is a great property owner, the communication was great, she always responded in the timely manner and was extremely accommodating! The property is very well taken care of by property manager who is also available for any questions throughout your stay! Overall, we had amazing experience and will definitely be back again. We no longer will be looking for any other places in Exuma, we found our permanent vacation spot! :)

Perfect for our family, very clean house, comfortable beds, best stocked house ever, there wasn’t one thing we needed that wasn’t provided, convenient to shopping and food, short drive from airport, super easy check in and great communication with the property manager. Tar bay is beautiful with very few people on the beach. We will definitely be back!!

From large bedrooms and bathrooms to a well-stocked kitchen, this home has it all. The soft white sand in front of the house made a wonderful playground for our 2-year-old daughter. Our 15- and 17-year-olds had fun snorkeling on the calm ocean days and learned how to boogie board on the wavy ocean days. There was one cold and rainy day while we visited, so we took advantage of the variety of board games and movies stocked. We are already trying to figure out when we can make a return visit. This home is also centered on the island. It's a short 35-minute drive either north or south to explore the other ends of the island. If you decide to book this home, you will not be disappointed. It will provide you with lasting memories.

Nemo House was exactly as advertised. We had an incredible stay for our family reunion including grandparents, parents and children (teens/tweens) and loved every moment. Every detail was thought through - from the garage full of beach and water toys (kayaks, paddleboard, inflatables, snorkel gear) to the fully stocked kitchen with every appliance you could need, to the unbeatable view of the ocean from both inside and from the wraparound deck. Esther was so helpful throughout our stay, providing us with recommendations for the island and helping us immediately with any questions we had. We definitely plan to return. If you haven't been to Exuma before this island is a must and Nemo House is an ideal location. Beachfront and close enough to Georgetown and the airport but also with easy access to both sides of the island so you can explore all the beautiful beaches.

The owner kept us well informed and shared information with us prior to arrival to assist us with ideas that we could do while at the Nemo House. We were met by her property manager and assistant manager Esther and Angel upon arrival. They were amazing and were always willing to answer quests and assist us with whatever we needed. The beach access was remarkable and had no rocks in the area of it which was nice with kiddos, the additional they had there was nice as well (paddle boards, kayaks, snorkel gear). The inside was stocked with all kinds of games and movies and a PS3 that the oldest loved. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be back to Nemo House the next time we come back!

We love the Nemo House! This is the second time we’ve stayed here and will continue to come back as long as we can. It’s perfect for two families, which was our group both times. The house is more than adequately stocked, super clean and comfortable and the amazing views are right outside. The location on the island is perfect for getting to things in town, and getting to both ends of the island for excursions.

So clean and well maintained; kitchen had everything you could ever need and it’s all labeled!! Each bedroom and bathroom were so nice to maintain privacy, and the gathering space was so warm and welcoming.

Nemo House was the perfect vacation spot for our two families! It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and being steps away from the amazing blue water was the icing on the cake! The only thing that would have made it better would be the A/C in the living areas-it struggled to keep cool and sometimes felt like it wasn't working. We brought it up to the house manager the first night and she did call the A/C company out to look at it, but they found nothing wrong. I just think the two mini-split units struggle to keep that large space cooled.

Amazing property with the best beach which right off of a very nice and large porch. House layout is great for 8 people with plenty of room. Kitchen is one of the highlights with large counter space and island and very very nice appliances and cooking utensils. Only issue that we had was one of the bedrooms with the portable AC created a terrible odor. So much so that we abandoned using that bedroom and slept on the couches in the living room. Make sure that it is fixed before booking. Ester (Property Manager) was awesome!

This was our third time to stay at the Nemo House and I hope it won't be our last! It's the perfect house. So well stocked, fantastic layout for two families, incredible views, perfect location on the island (close to grocery stores and a "half way point" between both ends of the island making trips to both ends feel doable.) Can't recommend enough.

Nemo House was the perfect vacation spot for our two families! It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and being steps away from the amazing blue water was the icing on the cake! The only thing that would have made it better would be the A/C in the living areas-it struggled to keep cool and sometimes felt like it wasn't working. We brought it up to the house manager the first night and she did call the A/C company out to look at it, but they found nothing wrong. I just think the two mini-split units struggle to keep that large space cooled.

Nemo house is beyond exquisite. The beach is pristine and the water was a color blue that I have never seen before. The owners of the house outfitted it with every conceivable convenience. And Esther, the house manager was on top of everything. We loved our stay and cannot wait to come back. Would highly recommend!!!

Great property in a beautiful spot. The home has everything you could need, and it’s located in a great part of the island. The owner and host are responsive but they had everything set up so well that there was very little to communicate about.

Perfect for our family, very clean house, comfortable beds, best stocked house ever, there wasn’t one thing we needed that wasn’t provided, convenient to shopping and food, short drive from airport, super easy check in and great communication with the property manager. The owner kept us well informed and shared information with us prior to arrival to assist us with ideas that we could do while at the Nemo House. We were met by her property manager and assistant manager Esther and Angel upon arrival. They were amazing and were always willing to answer quests and assist us with whatever we needed. The beach access was remarkable and had no rocks in the area of it which was nice with kiddos, the additional they had there was nice as well (paddle boards, kayaks, snorkel gear). The inside was stocked with all kinds of games and movies and a PS3 that the oldest loved. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be back to Nemo House the next time we come back!

We love the Nemo House! This is the second time we’ve stayed here and will continue to come back as long as we can. It’s perfect for two families, which was our group both times. The house is more than adequately stocked, super clean and comfortable and the amazing views are right outside. The location on the island is perfect for getting to things in town, and getting to both ends of the island for excursions.

We stayed at the Nemo House with three couples and had the most amazing time. The house had every amenity you could possibly think of—everything was thoughtfully stocked and beautifully maintained. The location was absolutely perfect, making it the ideal home base for exploring and relaxing.

We stayed at Nemo House on a recommendation from friends. It was truly a wonderful property in a spectacular setting. The beach is incredibly private. The house is equipped with everything you could need and more. Esther was so helpful with anything we needed during our stay. We would highly recommend this property and this beautiful island to anyone.

Exuma is our favorite island in the Bahamas and we come here every year. We have rented various properties throughout the years but nothing can compare to the Nemo House. This house is exceptional. The views of the ocean are breathtaking! A lot of houses advertise close proximity to the beach but Nemo house is right ON the beach! We enjoyed our stay very much! I also would like to note that Cynthia is a great property owner, the communication was great, she always responded in the timely manner and was extremely accommodating! The property is very well taken care of by property manager who is also available for any questions throughout your stay! Overall, we had amazing experience and will definitely be back again. We no longer will be looking for any other places in Exuma, we found our permanent vacation spot! :)

This was our third time to stay at the Nemo House and I hope it won't be our last! It's the perfect house. So well stocked, fantastic layout for two families, incredible views, perfect location on the island (close to grocery stores and a "half way point" between both ends of the island making trips to both ends feel doable.) Can't recommend enough.

Every detail was thought through - from the garage full of beach and water toys (kayaks, paddleboard, inflatables, snorkel gear) to the fully stocked kitchen with every appliance you could need, to the unbeatable view of the ocean from both inside and from the wraparound deck. The house was everything we imagined. The water was stunning, however, (not that this has anything to do with the owners, property manager, etc.,) All I imagined for 7 months was sitting out on that beautiful deck and beach drinking my coffee or cocktail every day, but, because of the windy conditions and cold sprinkles of rain that was not the case for our entire 5 days at the house. HOWEVER! We made the best of our time. We went to surrounding beaches (Tropic of Cancer Beach) It was amazing! We took a water Taxi to Coconut Club. It was excellent for small children and adults. Lots of water slides, big rafts for the adults and games galore on land. Food and yummy drinks. We had Chef Gavin cook a delicious meal which everyone enjoyed.The best food we experienced: Tim's Cafe (right down the street) and Blu on the Water.There were 7 adults and 2 grandchildren, so we rented a 15-passenger van which broke down but they sent another one out to us within 30 minutes. Not being able to swim in the sea right out in front of you was greatly disappointing more than I can say. It was very dangerous to swim for anyone, but it did make us go out and explore so you have to make the best of things.We ordered our groceries ahead of time and all set up when we arrived. I would suggest that to everyone!The seaweed was a problem and smelled on certain times of the day. I would have been happy to rake the beach if tools were provided. Overall, it was a nice vacation.
