Plouezec is a vibrant town with a lovely children's park and numerous shops. It borders the entire southern part of Paimpol Bay. Nearby attractions include: the Craca Windmill, 1.2 km to the north, Port Lazo and its oyster farmers, 1.5 km away, with Pointe de Bilfot right next door. The charming Bréhec beach and its small harbor await you 4 km below. Neighboring Paimpol is a joy to explore, with its harbor and narrow streets lined with old houses, entertainment, restaurants, galleries, and festivals. Of course, you will have a terrible desire, and rightly so, to wander around the Ile de Bréhat, whose Arcouest pier is 14 km away. Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: - a veranda at the rear corner of the house opening onto the terrace, - a living room (with a decorative fireplace), - a kitchen-diner, - a bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink, - a separate toilet. On the 1st floor: - on the left, a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed - on the right, a large bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and two 90x190 single beds - a play/reading room On the 2nd floor: - a master bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and its private bathroom (corner bathtub and sink) and a private enclosed toilet. Exterior: - 21 m² paved terrace on the garden side, - lawned garden with flowerbeds and trees, with a swing and a boules court, - gravelled courtyard with parking for 1 to 3 cars next to the wooden shed (not accessible). Garden currently being finished and lawn growing this spring.
