This original Danish holiday home is located in the first row of dunes with direct access to the beach. The house is part of a total of 15,000 m² large and protected dune area that extends down to the beach. The house is simply but comfortably furnished. There are 3 bedrooms; 1 with double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each. In one room, the single beds can be pushed together to form a double bed. The house has a living area of ?69 m², was built in 1975 and modernized / renovated over the years - recently in 2016. There is a stove available and there is an energy-saving heat pump installed. For the youngest guests there is a cot and highchair. The house is situated on a 465 m² natural plot with good terraces. To the south is a 29 m² terrace - 10 m² are covered. There is also a 22 m² terrace facing north and west. The distance to the sea is 200 meters and the nearest supermarket is 1300 meters away. The kitchen is u. a. equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer with a capacity of 94 liters. Bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. There are also TVs with at least 4 Danish and at least 4 German channels, radio and free wireless internet connection. It is allowed to bring 1 pet and you can park directly at the cottage.
