I’m a General contractor I had 4 of works stay 2 - double rooms. One of the 4 was a foreman. It took forever to get check in . They work last that night for me. The hot tub Luke warm those hurt when got there. The restaurant or food available was Terrible. In morning the no hot breakfast for them. This bonus For construction job done. I paid over $745.00 for rooms they one night and they said strew this. The one guy’s stayed at hotel 5 years ago it was nice. Then. My workers attitudes about hotel is bad I’m For paid for the rooms and workers attitude about the Intirer experience they had stay at this dump.

Riverside is a very nice Casino and Hotel. Ruthie’s Steakhouse is excellent. I have stayed there 2 previous times and really enjoyed the golf. Very nice pool and hot tub. I will be back.

T snack counter salads andwiches pizza. Obviously its a casino for those who pike a flutter. Bar has live music. The event centre has some great bands visiting. Huge car park. Spa did a great pedicure. All the staff have been polite and friendly. Would definitely visit again. Do go to the startrek museum its fun in Riverside.Golf course too

The room price was high. We were told no hot water till after 5, hubby had a cold shower at 600. I went to the pool and there was food in the water so sad i looked forward to that.

The resort was clean and has friendly and accommodating staff. The restaurants within the resort has a good variety of cuisine to choose at a reasonable price. The golf course was in good shape and the golf staff are very accommodating. Overall a great experience.

Great stay. Room was clean and nice. It was quiet. Pillows a little squished but still slept fine. Food was good at 22&Vine and breakfast okay at the Café. The comedy show at the Event Center was great and despite massive lines for drinks they moved quickly. Gym was clean and had a variety of equipment. Would stay again (and hopefully win next time at the casino LOL). Lots to do at Riverside!

The set up of the bathroom with the curtains OUTSIDE for privacy to the shower is beyond dumb. The beds were lumpy and broken down. The carpets were not clean, maybe vacuumed but definitely not clean. The rooms need serious attention to digital upgrades. I stayed in 2 seperate rooms on 2 different floors while I was there for the Night Ranger concert.

The rooms have not been kept up. Wobbly chairs and end tables. Room was dusty our glasses were dirty had to wash them same with the coffee mugs. Will not stay there again I had a gift certificate and was not asked if I wanted to use the card on file or use something else. Our last destination asked us first. The gal said that hotels. com already charged my credit card. This place needs to do some updates. Was not worth the money for the room.

Area was nice. But they not clean the room every day. When we went to breakfast buffet they didn't have everything out like all the pastries and donuts. And it looks that they where short in staff because they took time to pass by to offer us more drinks.

A great place for a couples getaway. Love music, dinner, ice cream, couples massage, gambling, and pool/hot tub. A great experience overall! Our room was a little dusty but I just wiped it down quick.

The room we stayed in Single King golf course view was immaculate. Loved the size and spacious the walk in shower was great. Definitely recommend. Only issue was the outlets on the lamps do not work made it hard to charge phones. Especially the outlets closest to the right side of bed.

This trip was our 2nd time at the Casino. Ironically, we were put in the same room as our first trip overlooking the golf course. It was a beautiful view. Ironically the location was on the top floor, farthest from the elevator. I requested a room closer to the elevators my request did not happen. Similar to our first trip, we had issues with the bathroom. The first trip the toilet ran all night. This trip the shower head was leaking behind the head causing not a powerful shower. I find it odd that housekeeping staff doesn't report such issues to the maintenance staff. The room was clean and the cooling system was fantastic. I was glad the refrigerator was on when we arrived! My negative score is only because the bathroom was not working normally and it was the 2nd time the bathroom had issues.

Resort is beautiful. Enjoyed our dining experience in the buffet. And casino entertainment afterwards. On the other side, in our room the air conditioning unit was extremely loud so bad it was interfering with our sleep.

For paying the outlandish price we paid, one would think that we would have a nice room. Then we get there only to find out the price of rooms went down by 350.00. which of course we were not reimbursed. So then we figure on great room for big price... Wrong! They put us in very last room at end of very long hall where the conference room was on one side of us & the stairwell was on the other side. There was non stop door slamming & loudness from both sides throughout our whole stay. We were supposed to have a hot tub in bedroom & there was not. Just a big shower with a jenky curtain tht was broken & you couldn't move it. There were no info packets next to phone about surrounding businesses had no info on room service, etc our luggage holder was broken. The only nice thing we have to say about our whole stay was that our massage down in the Spa was amazing. We certainly needed it to deal with our hotel stay. Overall experience with hotel.....VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED!

The room wasn’t like the pictures it was a little dated and I'm pretty sure I was down graded the room type and no one mentioned it to me. I rented a movie for $25. You were only allowed to watch it once. We couldn't even watch it because it kept leaving the movie and going back to regular cable. The front desk staff seemed confused about very simple questions. Don't expect an Uber or lyft to pick you up from there without paying $300 to $400. I guess its common and it was only $30 to get there.

Had a difficult time checking into our room. The front desk called my cell phone after they gave us our cards to get into the room. Saying they needed to have us come back down to resubmit our credit card because of error on the Hotel side. Than, early Sunday morning 7:30AM. Maids and service workers with walkie-talkies (Very LOUD) were heard up and down the halls. Lots of doors opening and shutting from cleaning workers. (Never experienced this before.) Next, showed up to eat at the buffet at 10:05AM. No one in line or ahead of us. Waited for 15 minutes to get sat down at the table. Buffet closes at 10:30AM ? Had to settle with Ruthies 22 café with coffee & a donut. Very POOR SERVICE in this AREA. Needs much improvement!!! Overall would rate this experience 1.5 out of 5.

I had made a comment about being unsatisfied and the hotel manager on duty Saturday did reach out to me to make things better. She was very nice and the second night there was much better. I appreciated that she took the time to try to correct things.

There was a problem at checking in. My card was charged but the clerk said he forgot to add the $50.00 deposit fee, so he recharged my credit card. I talked to a supervisor before checking out, but both charges are still on my card as pending today. Hopefully it will be resolved by tomorrow.

The hotel was very clean and nice. There were many amenities, shopping, spa services, pool & hot tub, dining, valet parking, entertainment, and of course the casino. I will definitely be staying again

Check-in was a breeze. Our room was clean and was very large. The bathroom was large (particularly) the shower. We had a room with a view of the golf course.

T snack counter salads andwiches pizza. Obviously its a casino for those who pike a flutter. Bar has live music. The event centre has some great bands visiting. Huge car park. Spa did a great pedicure. All the staff have been polite and friendly. Would definitely visit again. Do go to the startrek museum its fun in Riverside.Golf course too

our room was nice.didnt like u had to walk through resort casino area in bathing suit to get to pool area. The front desk person was rude.great food and options.casino very clean.great parking.

Rooms are very clean. Only complaint is no HDMI ports to charge anything. Bed was very comfortable. Steakhouse staff was rude, we left and ate at the sports bar next door, food and service was great. The room was over priced for a Sunday night, but it is nice hotel.

Had a difficult time checking into our room. The front desk called my cell phone after they gave us our cards to get into the room. Saying they needed to have us come back down to resubmit our credit card because of error on the Hotel side. Than, early Sunday morning 7:30AM. Maids and service workers with walkie-talkies (Very LOUD) were heard up and down the halls. Lots of doors opening and shutting from cleaning workers. (Never experienced this before.) Next, showed up to eat at the buffet at 10:05AM. No one in line or ahead of us. Waited for 15 minutes to get sat down at the table. Buffet closes at 10:30AM ? Had to settle with Ruthies 22 café with coffee & a donut. Very POOR SERVICE in this AREA. Needs much improvement!!! Overall would rate this experience 1.5 out of 5.

Overall, I would not recommend Riverside Casino & Golf Resort to anyone looking for a good value. The room rates are high, there is no free breakfast, and the casino return is very poor. If you do decide to go, I would avoid playing during the week after 9pm, as the slot machines are not giving out any free games or bonuses. Very nice hotel/casino. Super clean and lots to offer. We would’ve liked to try the buffet but found out there are limited hours. The cafe was fantastic though. Bed wasn’t the most comfy but I know that’s personal preference.

The Riverside Casino Hotel was very clean and comfortable. We stayed on the third floor and had a beautiful view. The room was spotless and comfortable. My wife and I ate at Ruthies and had a wonderful meal. We also spent time gambling and thankfully came out ahead! Overall, it was a great experience, and we had a fantastic time. We'll definitely be back!

It would be nice if the trees were trimmed so the view of the golf course wasn't blocked from all the rooms. The driving range price is too high. Part of the draw of going there is to work on your golf game and the price to just hit balls is ridiculous. Offer more incentives to go there especially with the casino in Cedar Rapids opening. Your advantage is your golf course so make it a selling point, not an obstacle.

Dirty room. Bedding stunk like cigarette smoke, wad of hair in shower drain, only chair to sit in had a popped spring in the middle of it so you couldn't sit in it.. Person checking us in was not friendly. Noisy noisy noisy!!! Too bad it looked like it would be nice, nope! Waste of money!!

We decided to stay here for our wedding anniversary. The hotel is under construction. From 830 am to 6 pm there was a constant drilling noise so the room was not usable. We checked in at 3 and had to leave our room because of the noise. The front door has a large gap at the bottom and could hear everything in the hall. Will not be staying here again.
