Before reading my review keep in mind that I am considered pretty picky when it comes to lodging. Check in was quick and smooth. The pool was probably considered “heated” but it was in fact pretty cold for a 42 year old woman. Even my 8 year old son said it took some time to get used to. Beds were a bit hard for me even those they have a pillow top cover. Bedding was nice. Room size was ok. I wish it had a coffee maker in the room but the front desk attendant informed me that there’s free bottled water and coffee near the front desk 24/7. The bathroom had a big water stain on the ceiling. Looks like it had been patched at one point but looks to still be a serious issue. The shower backed up which meant we stood in a pool of water which was gross. Breakfast was ok. I was hoping for bacon and waffles. They had sausage and a pancake maker. I realize that they change up the hot menu items each time. The pancake maker was having some difficulties and they did not taste very good. I did appreciate all of the other options that typical continental breakfasts have. For the price I would say the hotel probably was worth it. Maybe paid a little more than what I would have to stay there again.
