We really enjoyed having the 2 bedroom suite It worked well for 5 of us The breakfast was good and service was great everyone was super helpful and nice My kids enjoyed the pool and it was a nice area to hang out Would have liked a hot tub Its about 20 minutes to get to downtown Seattle ( no traffic ) but with traffic on the Friday night it took an hour Rooms were clean beds were average

We've stayed at a lot of hotels over the years and know that they generally come with surcharges or taxes that aren't exactly well advertised. The Marriot in Redmond really takes the cake in this regard. The $143 rate caught my eye, but it was $16 more if you wanted it fully refundable, or $159. Then we add 4 separate local taxes and a $14 parking charge. The end result is $143 turns into $183 per night, which probably would not have caught my attention. Where do the additional charges end?

Staff were pleasant but there was no indication the pool was closed before we checked in. Breakfast was great with lots of options. We didn’t get any sort of room cleaning service mid stay and the pullout was missing bedding. Otherwise, the beds were great and the area was nice and quiet.

Have used residence in other locations and was great but Redmond room was old and expensive, adding $15/day paid parking just made it more expensive which they aren't upfront about. Breakfast was lame. Better deals and cleaner a mile down the road with free parking.Will not go back to Redmond res suites again.

In the middle of the night, our toilet began emitting the most terrible noxious sewage rancid odor. It was untenable. It smelled like dead animal, sewage, and vomit combined. We ultimately moved rooms, which was fine. The night manager said oh yes, this is something that happens sometimes it’s a problem with our plumbing and our toilets. What!?

Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of choices. The only thing I did like was the smell of the linens. Sheets and towels had an awful odor. I'd rather it had the Clorox bleach smell than the smell it had.sorry. i could have called for a linen change but I didn't want to seem like a difficult customer besides we were there for only two nights.

The toilet was too close to the shower. The door opened up and barely cleared the toilet so you had to hop around the door with tiny steps to get in and out of the bathroom. Breakfast was very good.

Fantastic stay at the Residence Inn Redmond Town Center! Very clean, which is always my top concern. Plenty of outlets and usb charging ports, kitchen and appliances were in great shape and very clean, bathroom had a nice layout and bed was super comfy. It’s a great location being at the Town Center. Shopping, food, good coffee. Will definitely go again!

We came over the mountains and stayed here with my aging mother-in-law to celebrate a belated Christmas holiday with our adult children. Her room was perfect for her. The full-sized kitchen was perfect for meal prep and it was sparkling clean. The towels smelled wonderful but did not aggravate my skin. Location really ideal for Redmond. 100% sure the eggs in the breakfast buffet were real.

Great rooms, but you need to change the air/heat. The motion detection for air just doesn’t work well. We roasted the nights we stayed. I usually choose Marriott chains, but will not choose this again for the climate control reason!

Residence Inn in Redmond is a well-kept, modern establishment for a stay of several days or more. The room we had was spacious & very clean. Bathroom facilities were clean & easy to access. Shower was great with liquid bath soap, shampoo & conditioner in pump stations. Even the view of the parking lot was fine due to the beautiful landscaping outside. Breakfast buffet was plentiful & well-stocked. Great walkinv areas directly outside near a large shopping area with many restaurants & retail.

The residence in Marriott Redmond is very well run with attentive and welcoming staff. They were very accommodating to my family and I. We will definitely return to this hotel as an option for our Seattle trips in the future.

Sadly there is nothing to like about this place..had to wait 15-20 min during checkin as there was nobody at reception to make matters worse there is no bell at reception. The staff couldn't care less when I pointed out house keeping never replaced my towels and some food which had left on kitchen table mysteriously vanished...room 620 has a constant drowning turbine like noise driving you insane!!!

We had a few major issues that were handled EXCELLENTLY! Rhe front desk staff and the Operations Manager would get an 11 out of 10 stars! Its too bad other companies don't believe in customer service. Bravo and keep up the great work!

Maintenance man walked into our room unannounced while my wife was naked and our children were sleeping, demanding to change the filter on the AC unit. After he was told to leave the room he demanded to know how soon we could leave and continued to pester my wife every twenty minutes, demanding he be granted access to our room. The other issue was the jackhammers down below our windows starting early in the morning and continuing on through the day.

Everything was great, from the check-in to when we left. Only stayed one night but the room was clean and comfortable and no problems. Will definitely stay here again. Very close to nice restaurants and shopping.

Residence Inn in Redmond is a well-kept, modern establishment for a stay of several days or more. The room we had was spacious & very clean. Bathroom facilities were clean & easy to access. Shower was great with liquid bath soap, shampoo & conditioner in pump stations. Even the view of the parking lot was fine due to the beautiful landscaping outside. Breakfast buffet was plentiful & well-stocked. Great walkinv areas directly outside near a large shopping area with many restaurants & retail.

Our spacious room was average but noise from outside made it difficult to sleep. Beds are comfy. Elevator was super slow. Breakfast was below average. Great location for restaurants and trails.

property was nicely situated staff was friendly and helpful. very clean all around. only down side was food was terrible, stale and tasteless waffles, bagels not very fresh. went to starbucks after disappointing breakfast to up my spirits and feel more satisfied.

Very friendly staff at the front desk and at breakfast. Clean room and nicely arranged. The only complaint would be the slow elevator. We often took the stairs but we were on the sixth floor so we couldn’t always take it carrying heavy items. We were grateful for the secure parking.

Have used residence in other locations and was great but Redmond room was old and expensive, adding $15/day paid parking just made it more expensive which they aren't upfront about. Breakfast was lame. Better deals and cleaner a mile down the road with free parking.Will not go back to Redmond res suites again.

Great place for a nice rest. The beds were soft and the room was very quiet. The curtains block all the exterior light. The room distribution was perfect for us.

Great location for walking downtown Redmond and surrounding park areas and trails. Lots of international travelers in the building and that alone provides a different level of smell and aroma throughout. Breakfast was nice and very diverse on most mornings, offering a good selection to meet the wide range of traveler tastes. Our in-room coffee maker did not work and maintenance never made it up to swap it out or fix it, meaning we had to go to the lobby for coffee. Unfortunately, after hours, they rely on a single serve coffee maker (Keurig style) that was most often out of water and only the desk attendant could refill the holding tank. Somewhat of a pain. We are planning a 30+ day stay later in the year and this facility may be in the running for our business but I have a few more to check out before returning for such a long stay.
