Safe area. Clean room. Had an issue getting sheet/blanket for sofa bed. Staff wanted to charge an additional $15 per night for a sheet and blanket and refused to give a pillow! No outdoor garbage receptacle.

Good laundry

The room was very spacious with a sitting room that had a second flat-screen tv. The staff was both courteous and professional. Its not pool season, do we didnt get to try the pool out, perhaps next time, because we will use this hotel again.

The ordeal started out with an innocent mistake on my part. I booked the room for a week in advance of when I actually needed it. I called to cancel/reschedule. They told me they can't do that because the third party won't let them, but Expedia told me that they were the only ones that could do it. To make matters worse, I tried to stay at the hotel that night anyway. Despite the mix up. I called ahead and told him I would be there after midnight. Nobody came to answer the night Bell. I stood there for a long while waiting for service. I guess they don't actually offer 24 hour assistance. Why would they actually provide a service to me for the night when they can just get paid without having to do anything? Crazy how all those Indian telephone scammers stealing the retirement accounts of our elderly in America have the same accent as these hotel owners. Must be something in the water.
