Pet friendly, front desk staff (Drew) was very helpful with information go our dog’s stay with us ( first time taking our dog on a trip). Breakfast & coffee station was awesome as well as that crew. I have to mention the pool was very clean and that area was well maintained .

Very nice room. King suite, pet friendly, 1st floor, next to exit door for parking & walking the dogs. Very quiet room. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Breakfast was very good, many choices to choose from. Entire staff was very friendly. Liked it so much, we made a reservation for next weekend as well.

The recent remodeling provided us with rooms in excellent condition with several thoughtful touches (coat hooks near the door, pump soaps, towel bars,etc). The facility would have gotten a 5 rating except for the elevator work being done as we arrived. It was noisy, smelled awful and kept one elevator car out of use. To be fair, I want the work to be done, and can't this think of a time when it would not be disruptive. The facility is now in great shape.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent as they served real cheese and egg omelettes. The elevators stopped working though so we had to carry our things up and down from the 3rd floor but they were very helpful to those who needed help with luggage. They said a recent storm had caused a power outage and the elevators had stopped working properly. I’m sure they were on top of getting that addressed though so I would recommend it.

This was your basic Hampton inn. Comfortable bedroom, nice bathroom, and the coffee in the morning. I have never been able to connect to the wifi with my last name and room number in any Hampton inn. And this one was rennovating during my stay. Literally sawsalling above my bed until 8pm. I guess that seem early, but I was back to my room by 7pm and had had a long day, and just wanted to close my eyes.

Well the machine that made the card keys was down so we had to wait to get a key and that kind of made us feel uncomfortable and only 1 of us would leave at a time to avoid someone coming up to let us in each time. It eventually got resolved later that night. Also a few stains on towels by the jetted tub. There was a box to charge with still plugged into wall from last guest I’m assuming? Bed was very comfortable. And breakfast was filling!

Breakfast was the usual Hampton Inn style, but the staff made it feel a notch above. Front desk was super helpful and kind. Loved the easy highway access and really appreciated the water bottle refill stations—more hotels need to follow their lead!

Location was convenient to interstate. A couple of dining options within walking distance. Bed was firm but comfortable for me, hubby not so much. We were only there one night. Loved having shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, lotion in bottles on the wall off the shower and by the sink. Only thing I wish I had seen was more exterior lighting. Skating rink right behind building gave us a peek back to our childhood as we saw skaters within the building skating and having fun.

Location was convenient to interstate. A couple of dining options within walking distance. Bed was firm but comfortable for me, hubby not so much. We were only there one night. Loved having shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, lotion in bottles on the wall off the shower and by the sink. Only thing I wish I had seen was more exterior lighting. Skating rink right behind building gave us a peek back to our childhood as we saw skaters within the building skating and having fun.

We had a wonderful time! The only downside is that they were supposed to serve breakfast until 11 am, and they closed it a little after 10 am. Other than that, we absolutely would consider staying here again!

The bed was not made up well and the pillows were puny and crumpled up. I thought maybe the bed had been used and a cleaning lady came in and fluffed up the pillows. The lady who handled the breakfast seemed overwhelmed and probably needed an assistant because it took about 15 minutes to replace the omelettes.

Angel was very professional and enthusiastic at check-in ... made me glad I chose this property! The place looked fantastic ... everything was very upscale. Breakfast was terrific ... great quality and a wide variety. Will def be coming back.

It was very good very friendlly and cheerful the breakfast stafff was amazing very polite always filling food trays never ran out of any thing the room was very clean always liked staying at the hampton inns in the past this one rates at the top

The breakfast was horrible. There was very little hot options and the only meat option was chicken sausage. We were lucky and Mcdonalds was across the road. We will not be returning to this hotel.

Upgraded hotel (4 years ago) and very friendly staff. Room was very clean and modern and gym was fully set up with all equipment you would need. Breakfast was good and provided several options. Would stay there again.

Unfortunately, The room I stayed in on the first floor was way too warm. The AC just couldn’t produce enough cold air to make it comfortable to me. The Saturday morning breakfast was absolutely sub par. The most minimal breakfast of all my extensive travels in Indiana. One covered “Hot Tray” that was split in half. Scrambled eggs on one side and sliced meat on the other side. So absolutely small. The small egg and meat containers were laughable for even the mildest of Saturday morning demand. The eggs were gone immediately (while waiting twice !!!) with just three to four people getting the smallest amount possible of scrambled eggs before the container was empty. I was beside myself at how unprepared and incompetent a property “managed” by Hampton Inn could actually be in Richmond, Indiana. I am an experienced traveler and hotel hopper for my work. Nothings ever perfect and I don’t expect perfection but my experience here is less than desirable to put it mildly. The name (Hampton) means nothing, the experience tells the actual truth. I would not and will not stay here again.
