Brian Lakes was great to accommodate me with whatever I needed. Very friendly. I like the fact of being able to park right next to my room. Convenient to restaurants fast food, gas, and easy access to Interstate. I will definitely stay again, next time I am passing through.

Perfectly acceptable as a "pull-off and sleep for a night" location. Road/train noise audible, but I did not hear anything from adjacent rooms, only people outside. Older building that has been updated at some point, currently just a step away from completely fresh. Would use again.

I purchased 2 rooms and neither one was clean at check in, the beds hadn’t been made and looked like someone had just rolled out of them, there was still garbage in all the garbage cans. I will not stay here again.

The information on expedia for this hotel isnt correct. There is someone in the office at all times but it says you cant check in after 1 am and the phone number under contact hotel isnt the right number. Its also located by train tracks that was not mentioned when booking. Had to go to office every time we needed something. Room wasnt cleaned at all during our 5 night stay. Phone didnt work to call front desk. Had to ask for our trash to be taken out & they brought me trash bags. Had to ask for washclothes and towels multiple times, they not once came to our room to bring any, except when i called the office! We also found napkins in the drawers we didnt bring. So not sure how well this place was cleaned in between guest. It was also nonsmoking room but smelled like smoke when you opened the door when we checked in. If you like staying by train tracks and cleaning up your own room and going to the office to ask for your towels & wash clothes every day then this would be the place for you.

Good for a night or two. Clean room and towels smelled clean. Beds are firm but after a long drive it didn’t matter much. The price is I bit high when you compare it to the local hotels nearby. I’d rather spend my $100 a night in a bit newer and updated place. I took a chance. This travellodge isn’t worth the higher cost, but it was available and I was tired of driving. My review, stay at the Best Western next door for the same price.

An older property, but the room was ok. The bathroom was clean. I thought it would be too noisy to sleep, but We ran the fan on the a/c unit and it drowned out the street noise. We were on the front side. They offered us a room in back but it would have been on the 2nd floor. I am sure it is quieter in the back. Overall, it was a good value for the money.

The hotel’s location was decent, but the room had a strong odor and felt quite worn out. It could benefit from a fresh coat of paint and some updates to the bathroom. Hopefully, these issues will be addressed to improve the overall experience.

I wouldn’t stay again. Some of the pillows in our non smoking room smelled like smoke. We didn’t get new towels even though we left ours on the floor. The toilet seat was loose. The hair dryer was broken and the "grab n go" breakfast" was packets of oatmeal and nutrigrain bars. Definitely a get what you pay for place. That being said the staff was friendly and helpful.

It was very inexpensive and I can see why. The room had thin, stained sheets. The toilet seat had so much chipping and dark spots on it I thought it was dirty. It was just stained and marred. Overall it was a place to sleep. I would not choose it again.

The desk clerk was really friendly, but that is about the best i can say about this property. The walls are paper thin, the street noise was horrible and then there are the trains. Sometimes you get surprised, but you do usually get what you pay for. I recommend passing this one by if you can.

Rude and scammy.. and rooms were old gross and dirty had to go ask for cleaning supplies and clean it up ourselves we had 2 small dogs he charged 15 per night per pet which is ok I guess and then on checkout day charged me another 50 dollars and said I didn’t pay the pet deposit,which I tried telling him I did and then he told us to never come back

Our accommodation plans for the evening suddenly fell through causing us to book at the Travelodge at the last minute. Nevertheless, when we arrived later in the evening the owners greeted us warmly & set us up with a room on the first floor which was clean & comfortable. We had a restful night & also enjoyed the free breakfast offerings which were basic (wrapped baked goods, tea & coffee) but appreciated.

I wouldn’t stay again. Some of the pillows in our non smoking room smelled like smoke. We didn’t get new towels even though we left ours on the floor. The toilet seat was loose. The hair dryer was broken and the "grab n go" breakfast" was packets of oatmeal and nutrigrain bars. Definitely a get what you pay for place. That being said the staff was friendly and helpful.

For the price it's a nice little motel. Do not have "free breakfast" your reason to start here. It's coffee and snack cakes.

The air-conditioner was loud and didn't cool the room. Alot of neferious activity going on outside. People literally sitting on each end of the stairs, up all night. Drug infested.

Air conditioner was broken, was told by front desk we could get the room cleaned at noon and the communication with front desk to housekeeping is poor, remote is coming apart food in fridge when we checked in, someone’s silverware was in the kitchen and no batteries in the fire alarm just wish they cared more about there rooms and keeping them together
