Our check-in was smooth, hotel staff members were mostly friendly, and the room was clean. However, there were a few opportunities for improvement. The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable, the pillows were flat, and there were not enough blankets on the bed to sleep comfortably. The breakfast was also not properly stocked. For example, the biscuits were out each day we were there, as was the regular coffee, and there was also no syrup for the waffles. Attention to detail is important, and for the price of this hotel, the basic amenities need to be available.
