Villa 2 is a spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront villa is perfectly suited for families, surfers, and anyone seeking a relaxed island getaway. Villa 2 is one of three private villas in the complex, which share a sparkling communal pool and an inviting outdoor lounge. It sits right beside Villa 1 on the beachfront, with Villa 3 just behind both, a few steps from the large pool where guests can relax in the sun. Inside, the bright and breezy living spaces are designed for relaxation. The open living and dining areas lead onto a balcony with breathtaking ocean views — ideal for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The upper level master bedroom features a king bed and the adjacent bedroom features 2 single beds. Both bedrooms also feature a private balcony — perfect for sunrise views over the ocean. While the third bedroom which is located on the lower-level, features a queen bed and looks out to the lush garden and nature. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning for privacy and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances. The bright, open living and dining areas lead naturally to a private patio, creating the perfect spot for relaxed alfresco dinners or evening drinks under the stars. Outdoor amenities such as a BBQ grill, terrace, sun-beds, and garden space allow you to fully enjoy the tropical setting. While WiFi, parking, and laundry provisions, add convenience throughout your stay. If you smoke outside, please dispose of butts appropriately but not inside the house. -No pets are permitted. -Please refrain from sitting on beds, chairs, ect. with wet swimwear or when sunscreen lotion has been applied. -Please remember to close windows and doors in the event it rains or when the house is unoccupied. -Please turn off all A/C units, lights, and fans when not in the room/property. -Please be careful with the keys as there is a Us $200 charge for all lost keys and replacement locks. -You are responsible for security. Please lock and secure the property when you are not there. -The accommodation is self-catering. Initial starter supplies of hand soap, toilet rolls, shower gel, dish cloths and sponges are provided. Once used, you will need to purchase whatever you require. -On departure, please make sure you take all of your belongings. -The property owner is not responsible for power, water or internet outages initiated by providers. We will do all that we can to inform and advise on the service but it's ultimately out of our control. -Access must be granted for urgent or emergency maintenance. Pool Rules & Safety ⚠️ No Lifeguard On Duty — Swim At Your Own Risk General Safety (1) All guests swim at their own risk. The property owner and ZenBreak assume no liability for accidents or injuries. (2) Children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times in or near the pool area. (3) Non-swimmers and young children must wear appropriate flotation devices. (4) Do not swim alone. Always ensure another person is present. (5) No swimming under the influence of alcohol or medication. Pool Conduct (6) No running, pushing, or rough play on the pool deck or surrounding areas. (7) No diving unless the pool is clearly marked as dive-safe. (8) No glass, crockery, or breakable items in or around the pool. (9) Please shower before entering the pool to help maintain water quality. (10) No food in the pool. Drinks in non-breakable containers are permitted poolside. Pool Care & Access (11) Please ensure the pool gate or barrier is closed and secured when the pool is not in use. (12) Do not tamper with pool equipment, chemicals, pumps, or filters. (13) Pool hours are 7:00 Am – 10:00 Pm
