Overall we had a great stay. Initially we weren't very happy with the room but the staff was super helpful and friendly, especially Rita who checked us in. The property is clean, food at the buffet is varied and tasty, lots of healthy options. The Spa is wonderful. It is 21€ per day, but when the weather is bad it totally worth it. Entertainment for adults was nice, different musician every night. But it would have been nice to have it on for a bit longer than 10:30pm. Overall it was good though. What surprised me is that 2 of the 3 restaurants weren't included, and this isn't clear when booking. The bar is also not included, not even coffees... again this is misleading when booking. However, Rita kindly gave us a voucher for one of the a la carte restaurant, which was lovely.

Während unseres Aufenthalts kam es zu mehreren Problemen. Die Abflüsse im Badezimmer waren verstopft, wodurch sich das Bad mit Abwasser gefüllt hat. Die anschließende Reinigung beschränkte sich auf Wischen; eine gründliche Reinigung oder Desinfektion war nicht erkennbar. Zwar wurden neue Handtücher bereitgestellt, diese lagen jedoch auf dem Boden. Im Zimmer traten Kakerlaken auf. Trotz Meldung der Mängel wurde uns kein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Zudem befand sich Schimmel an der Badezimmerdecke. Auf dem Balkon war loses Mauerwerk sichtbar. Zusätzlich waren Zikaden deutlich hörbar, was die Nachtruhe beeinträchtigt hat. Insgesamt entsprach der Zustand der Unterkunft nicht unseren Erwartungen, und die Reaktion auf die gemeldeten Mängel war aus unserer Sicht nicht ausreichend.
