The nearby seaside town of Seaton is a great place to visit; spend a day at its popular Wetlands Centre, made up of three nature reserves with nearly 4km of level trails and a boardwalk through beautiful marshland and reed beds alongside the River Axe estuary. Lyme Regis, renowned for fossil hunting and the iconic Cobb Harbour, is another favourite and well within reach for a memorable day out. Pecorama boasts the Beer Heights Light Railway and indoor model railway exhibition, along with a children's play area. Beer is a unique Devon fishing village and a great place to stay.
