Smoking is not permitted at any time inside the property. If you smoke in the outside areas please remove any cigarette ends. Parties, gatherings and other social functions are strictly prohibited. Guests and visitors are asked to keep noise levels to a minimum between 11pm to 8am as a courtesy to our neighbours. Please leave the property in a respectful condition. Some cleaning products and a dustpan and brush are in the cupboard underneath the kitchen sink, which you can use during your stay, if you need to. . We charge an additional pet fee, which helps towards the additional cost of cleaning the property after pets have stayed, plus it helps with the wear and tear of the furniture. By deciding to bring your pet with you, you agree to pay for any damages relating to the pets, either through a clam via the booking portal that you booked through, or from your deposit paid directly. - You are not permitted to leave the pet inside the property without an adult present - If your pet needs to go to the toilet, please walk it to a nearby grass area and make sure you safely dispose of any waste - No pets are allowed on any furniture - Please keep dogs on a lead in the outside areas Checkin is from 3pm and checkout is by 10am There is a car charging point at the property which MUST be pre-booked. The cost for use is £20/ charge.
