Looks like the rooms have been recently renovated. Clean and cute. Comfortable bed. Very bare bones...no chair, no closet, no ice machine. Nice sitting area outside.

Exactly as advertised, clean comfortable room that was recently redone. Bed was comfy and we walked everywhere. It was .7 miles to the middle of downtown and about the same to walk to a small beach. For the price you can’t beat it. Nice outside area to relax and be outside.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Conveniently within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. Here to run CDA Half Marathon. I could walk to/from race start/finish. I really enjoyed early mornings and evenings outside in the gazebo area.

Overall my stay was ok. 1 night stay my only problem was when I was looking for tv remote I found a pair girls panties behind the headboard. Check in was easy they email you a code for the door. There was no ice or vending on property.

Super close to everything; parking was not an issue. Very clean! Microwave and fridge in suite; hot water and clean renovated room with plenty of space for unpacking; hard floors and clean air.

Great little motel on the main road and less than a mile from the resort, shopping area, with plenty of dining and drinking options. Coffee shops, breakfast, bike rentals, and ice cream shops within a short walk. Rooms are remodeled with cozy & comfortable beds. Nice outdoor space for visiting. Only drawback is with being so close to everything you have more traffic nose during busy times and we unfortunately had inconsiderate occupants next door to us that were talking from 2:00 am to 3:30 am right outside our door.

This motel was very clean and quiet. It was perfect for our trip. The rooms have been newly remodeled and the decor is very fun as well! We enjoyed using the large outdoor patio area to visit with our local relatives in the area.

Loved Coeur D'Alene - this was good place to stay just 10 min walk from the lake and main drag on Sherman. You check yourself in and out with a door lock code. Room was on the small side, but clean and functional. Parking was easy. Would stay there again

Booked a room for the 3 of us and arrived to find that the “double” fold out sofa was too small for any of us to lie on without our feet hanging over the edge. We contacted Jen who brought us a foam mattress, so my daughter ended up sleeping on the floor. Our “city view” was a tiny window that overlooked the back driveway. Internet connection was very slow, I struggled to do mobile banking and we were unable to watch anything on the smart tv in the room. The floor was dirty, the bottoms of our socks turned black from walking around the room. AC was too loud to keep on overnight so we opened the tiny window and slept in stuffiness. Pros: the bed was comfortable and the Keurig machine made decent coffee. This room would be best suited to a couple just needing a basic place to sleep. As a family of 3, we struggled to be comfortable here.

Everything was spotless, cute and easy. This is one of my best experiences staying anywhere will be coming back. I’m only in Spokane so I will be there often. Great price looks like a little motel you when it really consider from the outside but once you get inside, you realize that it’s a gem

The comfort and cleanliness of the room was awesome. Everything was updated, and the amenities were there. We were in room 13, which is the corner room. It was quiet, and access to the room was possible from both the back parking and the front parking lots. The messages in the hotel room were a pleasant reminder after spending hours on a long car ride. My only concern is the keypad on the door. Great idea in theory, but not great in practice. It took us multiple tries to get into our room , even with the instructions. Management is offsite, but they are prompt and responsive to calls and texts. We will stay here again on our next trip to CDA.

The room was small but clean, the bathroom was sparkling and the bed was very comfortable. It’s close to a busy street, but I did not hear any noise. It’s an easy walk to the lake and town center and there is a grocery just across the street.

The cutest motel room I have probably ever stayed in. The room had home like touches that were very appreciated and rarely seen! Very clean! Not a speck of dirt any where and they don’t use typical hotel smelling laundry detergent. If you have a stay here, you will know what I mean when you smell the towels. So refreshing. I will definitely be staying here again for my business trips to CDA.

This place was perfect for a quick overnight stay. Very impressed with everything! Comfortable bed, nice large smart TV, Keurig w/ lots of coffee cream sugar cups (no tea though), microwave, fridge, COOL decor, A/C worked great, easy/secure access. Thank you!

This place was great!! Clean, convenient to stores and restaurants and easy off and on to I-90. As mentioned in other reviews, the rooms are super small but that is not important to us so we were fine with that aspect.

Room was very comfortable, modern Great value. 2 things drove me crazy- electronic door lock and fair WiFi causing tv to cut out. In all fairness, was offered a door key. Some decent restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Nicely re-done motel. It was in a quiet area- walkable to the lake and downtown restaurants. The only down side was the thin walls- but luckily all the people staying were nice and respectful so it didn't bother us too much. The air conditioner was super loud- but not much that can be done about that either- at least there was air conditioning!

This place is so perfect! Reasonable prices. This was important because I was traveling with my 48 year old son and didn't really want to share a room with him. It's a no frills property but we only used the room for showers and sleeping. The location was perfect for us. I had read reviews about the TV access being limited but I didn't find that to be true. I can't say enough about Jen (the contact person)and Sabrina (the housekeeper). They were superb! There were fires north of the area and I was concerned that our flights may be cancelled or delayed due to the smoke. Jen was available to help just in case. I personally love this type of motel because it feels friendly and I never get lost like in the big ones with elevators. Oh and my rental car was right in front of my room. LOL

Place was small but clean. When I got there the bathroom was somehow locked. I called and then texted management but got no response. Using my car key, I somehow managed to get the door unlocked, so my stay was then OK. However, I never got a response from management about the problem.

This was a great property while attending the Ironman. Location was central and could walk everywhere. We didn't even move our vehicle from the parking lot. Rooms were clean, and Jennifer the host was very helpful and accommodating.

We wanted something close to downtown, this place is so cute and walkable. They did a great job with the renovations. The beds are so comfortable, and it had everything you needed. You can’t beat the price! Check in was easy with everything being electronic, and the owners keep you well informed ahead of time. I would highly recommend staying here!!

A nice short work trip on a Monday night to Wednesday morning. Think there was 1-2 other guests staying those nights but didn't hear them - super quiet hotel. Newly redone Motel/Hotel with laminate floors, new shower, hip decor inside and code lock for the door which is nice for those arriving late and don't need to worry about 'check in' at a desk. Close to some bars and downtown is a 5 min drive.

Although I had reached out at the time of booking to have an earlier check in, I was not sent my room information or code until 4:09. Trying to get a hold of off sight office staff was a bit inconvenient but overall the stay was quite pleasant. The location is good, quiet, cleanliness and amenities were great.

Trying to get a hold of off sight office staff was a bit inconvenient but overall the stay was quite pleasant. The location is good, quiet, cleanliness and amenities were great.

Exactly as advertised, clean comfortable room that was recently redone. Bed was comfy and we walked everywhere. It was .7 miles to the middle of downtown and about the same to walk to a small beach. For the price you can’t beat it. Nice outside area to relax and be outside.

Super close to everything; parking was not an issue. Very clean! Microwave and fridge in suite; hot water and clean renovated room with plenty of space for unpacking; hard floors and clean air.

The room was small but clean, the bathroom was sparkling and the bed was very comfortable. It’s close to a busy street, but I did not hear any noise. It’s an easy walk to the lake and town center and there is a grocery just across the street.

Great little motel on the main road and less than a mile from the resort, shopping area, with plenty of dining and drinking options. Coffee shops, breakfast, bike rentals, and ice cream shops within a short walk. Rooms are remodeled with cozy & comfortable beds. Nice outdoor space for visiting. Only drawback is with being so close to everything you have more traffic nose during busy times and we unfortunately had inconsiderate occupants next door to us that were talking from 2:00 am to 3:30 am right outside our door.

Loved Coeur D'Alene - this was good place to stay just 10 min walk from the lake and main drag on Sherman. You check yourself in and out with a door lock code. Room was on the small side, but clean and functional. Parking was easy. Would stay there again

There was no check-in required, I got a text with a door code which was convenient. Unfortunately they sent the wrong details initially but corrected it. I got stuck in the bathroom briefly at one point because the door stuck, but otherwise it was clean and reasonable.

Everything about the room was nicely appointed - great bed, air conditioning and nice little bathroom with good water pressure as well as a microwave and larger fridge. It's a very small space but perfect as a place to sleep on my road trip. The check-in process was fine once I knew to look for an email message giving instructions and a key code. However, I did not see this information posted on the front door and instead was instructed to call an answering service that again, did not provide information to look for email instructions. Sending out an email with info sooner would have been helpful as I was traveling and camping, out of internet service and had not had reason to check my email in days and hence missed the message. Otherwise it was a perfect stay for one person. Lovely update to the classic roadside motel.
