A utility room which leads out to the enclosed garden adjoins the kitchen. There is also a shower room just inside the back door, perfect for when the children come off the beach. There are four bedrooms all on the first floor, including a super king-size double, giving flexibility for all the family. With the house being so centrally located, the town and sea front of Minehead are both just a short walk away offering all you would expect of a popular seaside town with a choice of pubs, restaurants and takeaways. Dominated by the wooded slopes of North Hill, the whole area is renowned for its outstanding natural beauty and there are superb walks over dramatic open moorland, through woodland and also along the coast. This welcoming town boasts a mile long esplanade, providing a wonderful backdrop to the golden beach, whilst the pretty harbour, visited in the summer by the famous paddle steamer Waverley, offers excellent fishing opportunities. Enjoy a nostalgic steam train journey from the seafront on the West Somerset Railway, or visit Blenheim Gardens, winner of many awards for its beautiful floral displays.
