One of the best chain hotels I've ever stayed in. I've travelled extensively around the world, and this hotel genuinely stands out. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel was spotlessly clean, welcoming, and offered amazing value for money. The rooms were immaculate, the food was excellent, and every member of staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. A special mention has to go to Margaryta, who checked us in. She was absolutely fantastic and made such a positive first impression. She couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming, and she really made a difference to our stay. We learned about the benefits of becoming an IHG member too! She is a real credit to IHG and an excellent example of the kind of service every hotel should strive for. I honestly wish more hotels were like this. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. Highly recommended.

Très bon hotel pour une halte d'une nuit en direction de la croatie. Il manquait le lit supplémentaire mais en le signalant à la réception c'était bon 15 minutes plus tard. Le parking est a priori payant mais il est offert si on adhère gratuitement à leur newsletter. L'hôtel est calme et propre. La literie est impeccable. Le personnel est serviable. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.
