You'll be close to the Via Rhôna cycle route, the Hermitage hillsides, the Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval (Ideal Palace of Ferdinand Cheval), the Abbey of St. Antoine, the Foyer de Charité (Charity Center) and the Robin farm in Châteauneuf, the Peaugres Safari Park, the Ardèche train through the Doux Gorges, the Vercors Massif, and the villages of Royans and Diois, among many others... or you can simply enjoy nature, hiking, cycling, or horseback riding, and relax on the sun loungers by the freely accessible swimming pool. With all its amenities, this gîte will charm you year-round, whether for summer holidays or business trips to the region. The self-contained cottage, separate from the owners' house, is designed for 2-3 people. It includes a living room with a kitchenette, a lounge area with a sofa bed and a fixed sofa, a bedroom (queen-size bed), and a shower room with toilet. Heating and air conditioning are provided. Mosquito nets are fitted on the windows. For your complete private use: an entrance with parking, a west-facing terrace, and a covered and semi-enclosed south-facing terrace overlooking the swimming pool and adjacent green spaces. The swimming pool can be filled from May onwards, weather permitting. Pool towels are not provided. Baby equipment is available upon request. Pets are not allowed (despite our love for them, this is for reasons of hygiene, comfort, and respect for subsequent guests, and also because the garden is not fully fenced and your pets could escape). A dedicated charging point for electric vehicles is available.
