The apartment is located on the main street of Torrent with shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, terraces, buses and metro (direct connection with Valencia.) within walking distance. In other words a real prime location! The room with high ceiling is completely with a 140 cm by 200 cm bed and a 24 cm thick mattress. Bedding are (pillows, sheets, mattress protector and a 4 seasons comforter) included. closet, desk, chair, desk lamp and a drawer unit with storage space, a three-drawer block, fan, window with curtains, shutters and mosquito net. Each room has its own harmonica laundry rack on the outside of the window. The completely kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave with grill function, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board with iron, air fryer, vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, kettle and electric grill-toaster. The apartment has one bathroom with shower, toilet and sink (with base cabinet). And one toilet with sink (with base cabinet) and bidet. Both areas are shared with the co-residents. Each of them gets their own set of towels. The whole apartment has been renovated including the furniture. We speak English, Spanish, Dutch and German
