The staff was very nice and helpful. Jenny at the front desk was very nice and Karen did a great job back in the continental breakfast area. Parking was convenient. The bathroom space is quite small and congested but workable. I wish we had a place to change in the bathroom but it's too small for a changing area. We still had a decent visit. It was quiet and at night the A/C wasn't loud. The place was close to shopping and sightseeing.

This is a charming little inn conveniently located right in St Michaels. The staff was great, the rooms clean, and plenty of parking. In the warmer months you can enjoy the pool and roomy outdoor seating areas.

Very friendly staff, beautiful and clean pool, good breakfast. Great location near St. Michaels. Our dog loved staying here! Good BBQ grill in the back too.

The service was very good, breakfast was good, nice pool but not enough chairs to lounge, overall cleanliness was good, rooms are a little worn, but we enjoyed out stay, very close to shops and going into town. we'd stay again.

The rooms were clean, however, very outdated. There was also a security guard stationed at the end of our hallway which made me a bit uneasy. The staff was wonderful and easy to work with. We were slightly bummed that the pool wasnt ooen even though it was Memorial Day weekend.

There were a number of problems with our stay. One day we were unable to get into our room, the keycard did not work. The desk clerk seemed confused about what to do. According to her, the computer showed us being in a different room. Finally resolved that but now it looks as if we are being double charged for the rooms. The vending machines did not work properly and my daughter lost $5 in it. Also the vending area was extremely hot, well over 100 degrees.

According to her, the computer showed us being in a different room. Finally resolved that but now it looks as if we are being double charged for the rooms. This may sound like a backhanded compliment, but there was nothing spectacular about this hotel. However, everything about it was very very, very good! And sometimes, that's perfect! The hospitality was exceptional, complementary breakfast was outstanding, and the pool is in better condition than most big brand hotels out there. Room had two queen beds, and while you can tell that the hotel has been there for a while, everything was in really good condition. Conveniently located, exceptionally priced, it was exactly what we needed for a short weekend getaway. Would absolutely stay there again and certainly plan to!

I have stayed here multiple times, but this was the first time the room was not cleaned. The bathroom was obviously not cleaned (soap bar rings and hair in bath, urine on toilet seat and front, etc.). There was a loose tile and toilet was steadied by a wad of cardboard (room 108).

The check-in was fine. The gentleman was very friendly at the desk. The room was average. It appeared clean initially, but the shower did not drain And it smelled when you took a shower because the drain was backing up. Also, there was no stopper in the sink and there was a smell coming from the drain. When I turned down the bed at night, there was a blood stain on the sheets, which was really unappealing to see the least. They didn’t not have a phone in the room to contact the front desk. I had to call on my phone to the main number and nobody answered three different times. I never was able to contact the office being that I was ready for bed, I wasn’t going to walk down to the office. I told them of the issues when I left. Probably would not stay there again.

We were on a family trip for the Independence Day weekend. We checked in without issue. The room cleanliness was extremely poor. The first night we noticed discoloration in the toilet, cobwebs in the corners of the room and next to the end tables. The second night my son was playing on the floor when he started to pull multiple pieces of trash out from under the bed that’s when I noticed dirty socks on the floor near the headboard of the bed. We were staying Friday to Sunday, but after discovering the trash and dirty sock we checked out early Saturday night.

Low shower pressure, a couple of electric outlets were pulling from the wall, at first the room had a strong damp musty oder almost as if the A C filter badly needed replacing,but it cleared up with the help of a little Febreeze

This property is not fancy but it is a very good value. Rooms could use a little face lift but everything is clean, functional and useable. Mattress was excellent; TV only 24 inches but OK. Breakfast was fine.

The rooms are so outdated. The bedding was nice, comfortable. Beds were on odd frames, one was completely off center with parts tripping us. The chairs are straight out of the 70’s. They were very busy so I’d say they need to spend some of that money on updating their rooms.

Our stay at St. Michael’s Inn was unacceptable. The room had an overpowering, unpleasant odor—we spent over $30 on air fresheners just to make it bearable. The carpet was damp and unpleasant to walk on without shoes. The bedding was old, dingy, and far from what any guest should expect. When I raised these concerns with the front desk, I was told, “Well, you booked through a third-party site.” That response was both dismissive and unprofessional. Does booking through Hotels.com mean guests deserve a subpar experience? Absolutely not. St. Michael’s is a beautiful town, but this inn does a disservice to it. I strongly urge future visitors to stay elsewhere—you deserve far better.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. After check-in, we found out that there was going to be a wedding reception in a banquet room right accross from oir row of rooms. The music was so loud that it literally shook our hotel room and made everything vibrate. After calling the office, I was assured the music would stop at 11pm. I had to call the offdice at 11:15 p.m. because the vass was still thimping and my entire family couldn't fall asleep. The music finally ended, or was lowered at 11:30 p.m. and we were finally able to fall asleep.

We spilled some water on the carpet and wiped it up with a white towel- which came up black. Crumbs around bed frame. We were there for the IronMan and would be leaving the hotel at 0430 on Sunday and I asked the older woman at the desk if there was any opportunity to get an early breakfast or a grab bag and she stated they were not doing that this year in a not so friendly tone. The younger man at the desk at the same time was very friendly. Went to get clean towels upon return to the hotel that night and there were no washcloths available- the woman who was friendly at the desk said that the hotel had just been so busy-

Was not told about a conference that was going on. It was quite loud, and went on until 10:00, but stragglers were still making noise until almost 11:00. Was also not told that the front desk is not manned 24/7. Left early and the front door was locked!!!

It was ok, but I would not stay there again. It was serviceable- nothing more. A little dingy. Not in or near the charming little downtown area. An okay place to crash for one night, but not really where you want to be to unwind and enjoy the weekend.

Very shabby. There was a church group performing VERY loudly directly across the hall from our room until 10pm and then again early the next morning. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. Expected much MUCH more for the cost.

First visit to Saint Michael’s. The hotel was nice, clean and convenient to everything. I would say the property was a bargain.

Wonderful greeting and assistance from front desk. Quiet room and considerate and welcoming staff. Breakfast is provided as a courtesy and was mainly fruit (orange and apples) yogurt, french toast and powdered eggs. Coffee and juice. Just enough to get your day going. We felt safe and comfortable. Good location for St. Michaels. Quick drive into the main street and lots of free parking. This motel is a good, reasonably priced option.

Hotel is not “fancy” but about 1/3 the price of other places in St. Michaels. Great location on main road before reaching downtown. Room was comfortable and quiet.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They greet with a smile and did everything possible to make our stay a good one. The breakfast was very nice. We loved the outside area with tables and seating so we could eat there etc. Parking was free and easy. The room was nice. decent size refrigerator.

Advertised breakfast included. Thursday morning there was hot eggs & sausage along with bread for toast, bagels, cereal, milk, yogurt, etc. On Friday morning there was no hot food & one slice of regular bread for toast. Very disappointing. Would only change towels if requested, no mention of changing sheets. Spent two nights and had to use the same wash cloth for two days. Don’t mind using towel more than once but no room cleaning at all

The St. Michaels Inn is only a few minutes drive from the town. There was a hot breakfast available daily and housekeeping came if requested.

Overall ok but a little dog-eared. Very basic but it worked for one night. The front desk folks were super kind! My biggest complaint was the musty odor in the room. They need to use an air freshener system for sure. The breakfast was basic as well but did the job. Coffee was the worst and cream seem watered down. Luckily Rise Up Coffee is right next door and saved the day.

This is a typical motel. The room seemed to just have been upgraded in the past 6 months or so. Room had fresh paint, and new vinyl plank flooring. I also believe that our king bed as a newer mattress. The furniture was in good condition but the lamps seemed to be original 50's style. The bathroom still had the original tub/shower with an upgraded shower head. The toilet was most likely original too and very low; as a senor citizen it was so low that it was harder to get up. The sink and marble counter were outside of the bathroom and a nice touch although the two big mirrors must b original since they both has part of the silver coating on the back lower edge eroded by moisture. The breakfast was pitiful; waffle iron and batter machine were in place but not being used. Same for the two-section heated server that was supposed to possible have scrambled eggs and maybe sausage but they were not used either. Thus there were muffins, bangles, and serial. Still in the St. Michaels area and at the priced charged, one could not do much better.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at the St Michaels Inn, but the last time was 6 years ago. They are in the middle of renovating but I will say the room was clean and fairly updated. The breakfast was just like you'd see at most hotels and had plenty of seating. Parking was easy and we were in the back building which felt a little more private (our back window faced trees which kept the room dark). Check in was easy and we ended up adding an extra night's stay and despite doing that via Hotels.com, they worked to keep us in the same room. Everyone was very accommodating and when they found out my wife was a teacher, they all thanked her for her hard work. It was pleasant stay.
