Holiday Inn Express Stuart by IHG

Hotel was perfect for our stay for a softball tournament weekend. Pool was full so didn’t get to enjoy that, but Dunkin’ Donuts is right next to it so that’s a plus.

Easy access to highway. Fan in bathroom did not work. Drink machines did not work.

The hotel itself was okay decently updated. The manager however was RUDE SHORT AND UNHELPFUL. We came in from a 3 hour drive asked about the food place next door and was told it closed a while ago. Wasn’t given any suggestions. We called 3 times before the check in to confirm the time of pool closing was told 10pm. When we got in the pool the manager walked outside and yelled GET OUT THE POOL IS CLOSED. There’s a way to deliver a message and if we were told by your staff hours prior one time and earlier that week the same time MAYBE hotel staff should be told it’s at manager discretion. During check in we had family in 3 of the rooms we asked to be booked close to them and the manager reply was “oh you’re not here long it’s only family”. After hours of travel during check in we weee required to confirm the number of guest and after check in when I walked back in with my family my husband was asked if he needed to be checked in. We called down for towels after late check in and got yelled at my management HOUSE KEEPING IS CLOSED. The next morning a family member went down to the desk and was able to get tooth brushes towels and other things from the regular staff. When I went down for a tooth brush the manager told me “we don’t have any you can go tot eh gas station on the corner it’s in walking distance.” LONG STORY SHORT DONT BOOK. HERE!!

Very tiny room certainly overpriced for $175 so what you receive in other words it’s not worth it one of the owners or employees thinks it’s ok to park his minivan in the handicap parking spot and there are only 2 that’s a huge ADA compliance violation I actually had to ask him to move he ignored me at first was arrogant then I had to remind him it’s a $250 fine and they may tow your vehicle I had to threaten to call the police I was very nice at first thinking maybe he was running in for a moment or had an elderly family member NO THAT WAS NOT THE case he was rude and reluctantly moved it no apology nothing he’s was from another country which is fine this is America we all are but he doesn’t treat us all like Americans and certainly could care less about the people that are disabled that use his hotel I’m just disappointed in some humans it’s sad

The night staff was rude and inattentive. The hallway floors were dirty and had garbage on rugs. The AC never got below 70 degrees and was extremely noisy. The carpet around the AC unit was saturated with water. There was no smoke detector in room. The corner light did not work: was a broken plug. Ice machines were not working and area outside around ice machine was soaked with water. There was nothing satisfying about the hotel except the location was good.

Please do not stay at this hotel 😫 horrible service the manager is very rude they have hidden fees 20percent of your bill will be on hold never stated this when booking also we called prior to coming to the hotel to clarify the pool hours I was told on the phone 7am-10pm we got here at 9pm kids changed got in and not even 5mins later he kicked my kids out the pool!!! Proceed to argue with my husband in front of my father when my family was out by the pool chilling we had juat walked up to meet them! and he tells me he been in business for 15yrs and the pool hours has always been the same , I guess this gives him a reason to be rude to people !!!! I would never ever stay at this hotel ! Drove 2 and half hours to be here just to be yelled at over nothing ! From the time we walked through the door it was a straight attitude! I have always stayed at holiday inn and this is the WORST ONE BY FAR!

The property itself is nice, however it is not very well maintained. For example, the elevator was not working for one day during my stay, and the lock on my door did not work properly so I had to leave my door unlocked when I left the room. Also, the hotel manager is not a "people person" at all; he\'s not a bad guy, he just doesn\'t understand how to interface with people in a positive way.

The hotel is in a very good location - right off of I95 --and our room was clean and comfortable. Front desk even re-booted the wifi for us :-)

Had a late get in very comfortable needed that extra hour so we took the late check out Miss breakfast but they have free coffee 24/7 so we heated it up in the microwave it was still okay service was excellent room was clean and very comfortable

Right off of I-95 w/ easy check in. Comfortable rooms. The gym could use a weight bench. Breakfast was good but missed their pancake maker. No problem staying there again though.

It was ok. We were on the 3rd floor with was humid and smelled like mold in the hallways. The room was decent until I found a roach on the door. I have never ever found an insect at any hotel I’ve stayed in my entire life. I was constantly looking around for more to pop into view

Efficient service, clean and quiet room.

When we checked in we had a $50 hold on our credit card as a security deposit. I now notice that the $50 security deposit has been withdrawned from my account. Hopefully it will be refunded to my account. Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable for both my wife and I. Since we procured the room so that my wife could rest after her surgery and she was not able to rest in the bed. We got up and left early.

Halls were hot. A/C did not work well first night. They only gave us 2 towels and when we went to front desk for more they did not have towels about half the time

Comfy bed and clean room. Spacious. Very quiet. Friendly n helpful staff. Free breakfast.

It was quiet. I enjoyed the serenity after a long trip! The room was perfect!!! I had everything I needed to have a really enjoyable and much needed restful experience!!! Thank you!!! God Bless!!!

Room was nice. Could use some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.

We reserved a two queen bed room, we arrive and they let us know that only two people are allowed per room and the additional guess will have to pay 15.00 each. We did not like it, but we were there, so we paid. Next they when we're going to take a shower, there were only two towels, called the front desk around 8am) and since they did not have anyone one available to take the towels to the room, we hd to ppick them up in the front desk. At checkout, I complaint and their answer was that I should have requested the towels a check in. So they were quick to charge the additional 15.00 per person, but they don't provide anything for it. This place is really bad.

We arrived late and when we went to our room the fire alarm was going off they moved us to another room same thing we finally were given a new room. the next day we were out until late and when we returned there were no towels called desk and was told to come down and get them . If this is how you treat guests especially during Christmas we will find a new hotel.

The staff are very friendly and pay attention to details. They receive my packages and set aside for me when I order something to be delivered there. Not just that, but it is a wonderful place to stay.

Fast and friendly check-in. Delightfully quiet floor. The location is very convenient and easily accessed if you are traveling either I-95 or the Florida turnpike. Spring training game in West Palm Beach.

Great access to restaurants and the Interstate.

Very clean convenient location, helpful staff

"Free" breakfast consisted of "orange juice" from a machine that looked purple and tasted like water. Pancakes from machine came out raw. The only good thing was the eggs that were cooked fresh amd the potatoes. Seriously lacking a little love on the breakfast side.

I walked by the coffee pot, microwave and fridge for 2 days and didn't even know I had them in the room. When I finally saw them was disappointed that I kept getting dressed traveling the elevator to the lobby for a small cup of coffee. The breakfast wasn't good. Was shocked that in Florida, they didn't offer orange juice.

Breakfast needs improvement. Three days in a row scrambled eggs were dry and burned-looking.

Clean and comfortable after a long drive. Breakfast was decent.

I was disappointed that Decafe wasn’t offered in the breakfast area only regular coffee. I tried to suggest that they use one of those single kurig machines like they have in the room in the lobby but the young girl at the desk didn’t understand my suggestion and told me I could have Decafe in my room. The gentleman who was in charge of breakfast was excellent a very hard worker.

This property is spotless. Looks like it was recently renovated. The breakfast was standard muffins bagels cereal. The coffee was very good.

The a/c did not work and our room was so hot. The breakfast was not up to par compared to other Holiday Inn express’ or other hotels we stay at like Hamptons.
