The holiday apartment offers 42 m² of living space, providing enough room for up to 4 people. The holiday apartment is functional and nicely furnished. It consists of a living room with a dining area including a corner bench and a sofa group, a bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes, a hallway, a shower bathroom, and a separate kitchen equipped with an electric stove (ceramic glass, oven, grill). In the living room, SAT-TV, radio/MC/CD player, board games, and a small library (including children's books) provide entertainment. The south terrace with mountain and village views invites you to linger with terrace furniture and loungers. As part of the residential complex, our holiday apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage (!) and free use of the in-house indoor pool (!), as well as a table tennis room and a laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and coin dryer. Unfortunately, the indoor pool of the residential complex is closed until approximately November 2026 for renovations.
