An additional fee may apply for makeup or sunscreen stains on towels or bed linens. Shower: Adjust shower temperature using the lever at the top. To activate the jacuzzi, fill the tub until the water is above the jets, then use the switch above. Housekeeping: Rooms are cleaned daily between 10:00 Am and 1:00 Pm. Bed linens are changed every three days. Towels will be replaced when placed in the laundry basket. Loundry: Laundry service is available: simply place your clothes in a bag and give it to our staff. Cost: R$90 per load. Quiet Hours: 10:00 Pm to 7:00 Am. Earplugs are available in your room if you are noise-sensitive. Breakfast: Served daily from 7:30 Am to 10:00 Am at the restaurant. Please let our team know if you have any dietary restrictions or special needs. Restuarant: Open from 12:00 Pm to 9:00 Pm. Bar open until the last guest. Special Events: Feel free to organize your event with us- just let us know the time and occasion. We will be happy to arrange a cake, or help find a band to make it unforgettable. Pets: If you bring your pet, please never leave them alone in the room. Do not let them sleep or jump on the furniture. Make sure they don't relieve themselves indoors and always clean up after them in the pousada areas. Keep pets on a leash at all times: there may be other dogs nearby. You are fully responsible for them, especially around children and other guests.
