The Westin Mount Laurel

It’s fine for a hotel off the NJ Turnpike. My complaint is that they started charging for parking, which is insane for a suburban area like this. No other hotel nearby charges for parking.

I was disappointed with my stay. The room was just okay and definitely not worth the price. The bathroom was not clean, the shower floor was disgusting, and the wall near the toilet was stained, which was very off-putting. This was my second time staying at this hotel. My first experience was not good, but I decided to give it another chance because I hoped the second stay would be better. Unfortunately, it was not. We even booked an executive suite thinking it would be an upgrade over a regular suite, but the only noticeable difference was a very small bathtub. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. This was my last time giving this hotel a chance.

There for hockey tournament everything was great from check in which was less than 5 minutes. The staff was very accommodating helping to make for great memories for the team. Pool and hot tub were also good. Rooms and beds were adequate for our family. Many good eating options near by also.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities such as pool and fitness room were clean. Room was large and comfortable, if a little dated. Restaurant had extended hours and food was good.
