The staff during checking in was very friendly and helpful. But, the property itself is a big disappointment. The Hotel did not live up to any Hilton Property standard. First room given the room was so dirty. The smell was so bad and crumbs all over the carpet. The front desk was so helpful and moved us to another room. The room was okay but the bathroom toilet was gross. Cleaning people needs to use brush to clean the sides of the toilet like literal dried yellowish stain all over. But, both of us were so tired for another room change so I did try to troubleshoot it myself and tried to flush the toilet several times thinking it will help get rid of the grossly stain inside the toilet bowl. Will not recommend and will never gonna come back to this property.

Had a good stay but the hotel is getting run down. Carpets were so dirty and stained you couldn’t see the design. The air could not be turned down below 70. The furniture and couches are old. Staff was friendly and the bed and pillows were great. For price it should be updated .

The rooms were fine, but a little outdated and thin walls. The lotion and other bathroom toiletries needed refilled. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:45 am - checkout is as 11am so that was pretty rude. Otherwise an ok stay.

The room was tiny. The Jacuzzi tub was supposed to be meant for 3 adults but wasn't big enough for 3 children. The blanket was cheap and hard. The first blanket I had was dirty and stained. They replaced it with another dirty blanket and when I complained about it the next morning they called me a liar and told me they weren't going to do anything about it. Then told me to stay home next time. This is supposed to be an upscale hotel but it was worse than the crack head motels. Never will I stay there again.

First room not as good but whirlpool was . Ac did not cool well . So next night a different and much nicer room offered and tub ac etc better tv bigger . Staff good . Gym only treadmills. So went for a run outside. Breakfast average . Buffet dry if you don’t get there early . Check in and out easy . Would stay again .

We arrived at 3:45 after a rainy and cold soccer tournament and our room was not ready. The front desk was not apologetic, they just seemed to shrug their shoulders like it was no big deal. We waited an hour for our room. There was no effort to offer anything to make up for the wait and we only knew it was ready because a line formed.

Well the hotel didn’t me the room I reserved. We waited for 45 minutes trying to get the right room. The GM told the desk personal i had to take the wrong room. It was a mess. I had already slide my card. I was stuck.

Our room was not available until 4:30 PM! We had a friend traveling with us. His room was not available until after 6 pm. The front desk told us there were 44 families waiting for rooms. That is completely unacceptable.

Things that were not good: 1) I went to the front desk with an armload of dirty clothes and asked where the guest laundry was. They told me where it was, which was about 150 feet away, down 2 hallways. I get there, ans and there's a sign there that reads Laundry Supplies are Available in the Pantry, which is by the front desk. Had to walk all the way back to the front desk and back to the laundry. The person at the desk should have told me that soap was in the pantry. 2) I asked for more toilet paper at the desk at 8 AM and at 6 PM the TP still hadn't been delivered to the room. 3) At check in they told me that breakfast was 6 to 10 AM. We ate there the next morning and while eating, we were presented with a bill for $37 for breakfast. Nobody told us that breakfast cost $16.95 per person, then we noticed a little 18" wide sign, on the wall about 10 to 11 feet above the floor, which is an inconspicuous place. I believe management was hoping that guests would assume that breakfast was complimentary (like it has alwas been in every hotel I have ever stayed at), get their food, then find out that it's $17 a person. Won't be staying here again.

Nobody told us that breakfast cost $16.95 per person, then we noticed a little 18" wide sign, on the wall about 10 to 11 feet above the floor, which is an inconspicuous place. I believe management was hoping that guests would assume that breakfast was complimentary (like it has alwas been in every hotel I have ever stayed at), get their food, then find out that it's $17 a person. Won't be staying here again.

I booked 2 weekend trips through hotels.com with this hotel. The first weekend they wouldn't honor my reservation even though I had a confirmation from hotels.com. The second weekend after I checked out they charged my card even though the room was already paid for. When I called the hotel they told me to take it up with Expedia. The room was dirty and there were things broken in the room. Someone also tried to enter my room more than once while I was in my room alone. When I opened the door she showed me she had the same room number as me. I presume she went back down to the desk and received a different room number because I left after that so I'm not sure.

Check in staff felt unapproachable. Rooms were not ready, "was not on their list" staff was scrambling to find rooms for both. Carpets were dirty and raised, almost tripping on them. So much chlorine in pool room, took our breath couldn't be in there. Room was cold. Toilet backed up in one of our rooms.

The hotel is across the intersection from the power plant. Seriously, the power plant is directly Southeast, right across the street. Everything about hotel and surrounding area stinks as a result.

I really loved the area around this property, lots of food to eat, multiple shopping areas, movie theatre and dispensary all in walking distance! However the few things I didnt liken was the fact that the pool was a bit small for my liking, and the hot tub wasnt functioning at the time of my stay, and paying for breakfast $15 breakfast bar, but everything was average at best, a little better than most free breakfast, but if paying money for breakfast I'd expect it to be a lot better than it was, dinner menu was great though, a bit pricey, but well worth it.

There are several motels in this area and also 2 within walking distance and we picked this one expecting that the Hilton name would be a good reputable motel. This motel was more expensive than both of the motels within walking distance and they were considerably nicer motels in almost every aspect. This Hilton advertised a bar which ended up to be a small area with a few alcohol bottles next to the registration desk. This area was also used in the morning for breakfast at a $16.50 cost to the customer. The motel next door had conservably nicer bar/restaurants. The rooms and hotel itself was definitely less nice especially since we paid more money for the room stay than we would have at the hotel next door. We ended up spending the night at the motel next door at the bar/restraurant since it was a very nice place vs what the Hilton ended up to be or advertised it would be. In addition, the personnel were very unprofessional in attire and personality. We do not recommend this motel!

Solid choice when traveling. Wendy, our server in the cafe, was an absolute delight. Beds were very comfortable, check-in/out was quick and the staff was wonderful.

First room not as good but whirlpool was . Ac did not cool well . So next night a different and much nicer room offered and tub ac etc better tv bigger . Staff good . Gym only treadmills. So went for a run outside. Breakfast average . Buffet dry if you don’t get there early . Check in and out easy . Would stay again .

Things that were not good: 1) I went to the front desk with an armload of dirty clothes and asked where the guest laundry was. They told me where it was, which was about 150 feet away, down 2 hallways. I get there, ans and there's a sign there that reads Laundry Supplies are Available in the Pantry, which is by the front desk. Had to walk all the way back to the front desk and back to the laundry. The person at the desk should have told me that soap was in the pantry. 2) I asked for more toilet paper at the desk at 8 AM and at 6 PM the TP still hadn't been delivered to the room. 3) At check in they told me that breakfast was 6 to 10 AM. We ate there the next morning and while eating, we were presented with a bill for $37 for breakfast. The lobby was welcoming, clean and well decorated. Check in was ready with friendly staff. The cart for luggage is small, not for a solo traveler than for more than 2 people. Once we entered the 1st floor corridor from the lobby, the carpet was in need of replacing. The room was comfortable but not as clean as expected.

The hotel is older and not as well maintained as I had hoped. We booked a king room, when we arrived the thermostat wasn’t attached and the room was 80 degrees on a hot 100 degree day. When we called down they said they only had queen available for us and no one to look at the air conditioner. No other help or reduction of cost. They did have free coffee in the lobby but that was the only thing free. Breakfast was a buffet for $17. We probably won’t stay there again.
