I liked the staff, the room, and breakfast. i had to get a new coffee pot because the one in my room didn't work. The elevator was broke down (one day) and when you're 83 , three floors is a lot. Overall, it's a nice property and I liked my stay.

We had a 3 night stay and on the first day our room was cleaned. The 2nd day the room was not cleaned and I had to ask for bath towels. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the pool and the gym.

Great front desk person. Let us know of local restaurant discounts with room key. We were greeted and processed efficiently. Room was great, pool was clean and warm with plenty of towels available. Breakfast was pretty good for a freebie.

Seems like a festive environment, guests having a joyful time in the lobby. Public restrooms were clean.i didn't use the pool but saw a family seeming to enjoy themselves. Parking was simple as was the checkin process. Establishment was easy to locate with Google maps.

Clean hotel. rooms large, comfortable bed. Easy parking. Good location off the interstate. Check in was a little hairy. First room we got wasnt cleaned yet, door was open with the dirty linens in bag. Second room they gave us the door key didnt work so had to go back to the front desk. The room was very nice, exactly what we requested. Unfortunately my wife was bitten by a bed bug. A very quick inspection found 3 bed bugs on the two beds. I went to the front desk and they were VERY good. They apologized and moved us to another room immediately. Since I wanted to take NO CHANCES, we left all of our clothes at in the room with a note I realize that the hotel can't control what guests bring into their facility and the staff response was acceptable but it obviously was the low point of our trip.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was fun for my grandchildren and they loved the gym too. A nice hearty breakfast was included. However, there were ants. We were moved to another room and there were still ants. I told the receptionist and they were having a service come out to remedy the problem.

I was surprised when we got to our room at this hotel. The reviews and customer rating were much bigger than what our room would have led.me to believe. The mattress was nasty - like seriously pulled back the sheets and it was stained extremely badly. The curtains, carpet, chairs all were stained and there was mold.in the shower. Not what I expected at all based on the ratings. I tried to add photos but it will not allow me to add them for some reason - but it was pretty bad.

Fantastic friendly check in after a long drive & late arrival. Room was very clean & spacious. Large marble bathroom counter, sitting area (suite) with pullout couch and armchair. Lots of plugs to recharge electronics. Pillows were excellent with 2 firmness levels to choose from & soft sheets. Breakfast in morning with lots of choices between hot & cold. Typical continental breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, bagels, muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal & juice.)

Solid stay! Location was great and close to good restaurants and Fairgrounds. Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a good mixture of hot and cold, fresh and packaged. Was on a 1st floor room and had no noise complaints. My only complaint was the bed was hard, it was extremely firm. Softer mattresses or a good topper would be a solid investment.

The manager attempted to overcharge saying since I liv d locally there was an up charge (which was one and a half times the cost of the room). When I showed him a receipt for “ pain in full” from third party booking. He had to honor it but wasn’t happy about it.

Checkin was quick and easy. Attendant let us know about a couple of discounts available at local restaurants if we show our room key. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. We did eat the breakfast provided and it was a good start to our day.

The property was well located and fairly clean. Everybody was nice but it seemed very unorganized abd unprofessional. No general cleaning times it seemd like cause there were always carts in the hallways and rooms hanging open. I just generally dont see that.

I would not recommend this hotel for any travel teams. I did tell the tournament director to take them off their preferred stay list. The front desk staff was rude to adults and make unprofessional comments to each other in front of the adults.

We spent 3 nights and felt well taken care of. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Our room was cleaned daily as per our request. The breakfast was always fully stocked and warm. The pool was nice, clean and had towels available poolside. It is an easy 10 minute drive North to downtown Springfield. The neighborhood between the hotel and downtown is not the best but I feel this is a city problem not the hotels. The lake area to the south was very nice and the neighborhoods over by Washington park were beautiful. We also enjoyed a day at Lincoln’s New Salem which is only about 30 minutes away from the hotels nice location next to the roadways. We did not notice traffic noise, just heard regular hotel activity. The beds were nice and a 2Q suite fit our family of 4 well.

Room was very clean and had plenty of space with a little lounge area and coffee station. Didn't wake up early enough to enjoy the breakfast, but appreciated that it was offered. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and there was plenty of parking.

Room was very clean and had plenty of space with a little lounge area and coffee station. Didn't wake up early enough to enjoy the breakfast, but appreciated that it was offered. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and there was plenty of parking.

Was down for business, first time in Springfield and will definitely be back! The location is super convenient and surrounded by lots of food options. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Lovely experience.

Recently renovated lobby, easy access to dining and entertainment, central location in town, I have stayed here often and will do so again. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the area is good, no complaints at all.

Clean hotel. rooms large, comfortable bed. Easy parking. Good location off the interstate. Check in was a little hairy. First room we got wasnt cleaned yet, door was open with the dirty linens in bag. Second room they gave us the door key didnt work so had to go back to the front desk. After check in ot was fine though

The staff was warm and welcoming. We often saw people cleaning through out the day in the common areas. It was very quiet. The breakfast on Friday was disappointing. Many of the food items and silverware were not out but by Saturday it was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

I generally choose this hotel when I stay in the Springfield area. Breakfast is decent. I appreciate the iced lemon water & fresh cookies in the lobby and the grab & go bag, with a bottle of water, Apple & granola bar when heading out for the day. My only minor concern is the height of the bed. It's pretty high and getting in/out is a little difficult for a short person.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was well stocked and even though the standard breakfast offerings, everything was fresh and very good. Definitely recommend!

Great front desk person. Let us know of local restaurant discounts with room key. We were greeted and processed efficiently. Room was great, pool was clean and warm with plenty of towels available. Breakfast was pretty good for a freebie.

Good hotel for the money. It was very clean but not perfectly clean. There were some industrial smells in the elevator and just a hint of smoking smell coming from somewhere in the building. The pool was nice and big which was good because there were a lot of kids in there. The room space was nice. The linens and towels were clean. The bathroom was your standard hotel bathroom and was clean. The breakfast was 4.5 stars out of 5 (eggs, sausage, make your own waffle, cereal, muffins, juice, coffee). There was plenty of eating space but the serving space was little small when the rush hit.

Unfortunately, although this hotel is advertised as a non smoking facility, the king size suite we stayed in on the first floor smelled terrible. It smelled of old cigarettes and mildew. At some time in the history of this room it had to be a smoking room and was never properly cleaned and sanitized to get rid of the smell. Being an asthmatic with allergies this did not bode well for my breathing. We even went to the extreme of going to Wal Mart, purchasing clip on car air fresheners and lining the ac unit vents with them. This still did not take away the smell. This was the weekend of the International Rt 66 100 year celebration and there were no other king size suites available. The bed was so hard I actually slept more comfortably on the sofa in the room. However, I was constantly feeling like I was getting bit by bugs. The free breakfast bar was severely understaffed and could not keep Up with the volume of hotel guests that were staying there. Items were empty and the serving area was extremely messy.
