Our room was clean, thats the only up side . We were on the 2nd floor, no elevator. Breakfast was only a muffin or cold cereal. Waffle machine wasnt working properly. Only 1 staff member at checkin and he apparently was new. Room was noisy from outside noises and air conditioner. The pillows were the size of couch pillows only flat

Anyone can walk into the hotel. Outside doors are not locked. Hallways smelled like pot. Room is old and air conditioner didn’t work and had to move to a new room. Hot tub was broken. This place is a dump.

The safety locks on the exterior doors were all disabled. I didn't worry too much about it until 3 cops flew through the parking lot looking for someone. Pool wasn't open. Bathroom in the holidome area was absolutely disgusting. Won't go back there.

The property itself is good, but it suffers from being in a bad neighborhood. There were a lot of vagrants wandering in the parking lot. There were broken door locks on the outside doors, and also on our room door.

Bugs in bathtub. Loud irritating buzz outside of room. Room had a stale/ must smell. The lobby bathroom had no toilet paper and the toilet leaked and would not flush. In addition, the door handle was partially broken. I would not recommend to anyone. No elevator. Had to carry luggage up flight of outdoor stairs.

The room was clean. The property is declining. Bathroom had been refinished but not by a professional. No ELEVATOR. Our room was litterally the farthest from the front desk on the 2nd floor. Day 1 tv remote not working. Front desk replaced batteries but still didnt work and wasnt walking back. Day 2 parked close to doors to the room only to have the key card not working. Walked back to the front. They had only activated for 1 night. Also refrigerator not working. Property was close to our event. You get what you pay for. But we will not be staying here again.

If you’re looking for a dirty hotel to film your next apocalyptic movie in… look no further- you’ve found it!! You’ll understand when you eat your low quality continental breakfast in the sad 1980’s convention center… So grossed out… couldn’t even walk on the floor- dirty bedsheets- dirty bathroom- broken TV- smells bad- trash by multi entrances overflowing- no bathroom fan- moist room- half empty shampoo/lotion bottles-nasty breakfast- these owners don’t give a s—-. The staff member helping at the front desk was nice when I went down to ask for the 3 extra pillows that should have been on my bed. So I’ll give them that. This place doesn’t look like the pictures at all and should. E removed from hotels.com.

There was mold in the bathroom ceiling, mirror still had tooth paste residue on it, sheets and blankets and pillows had stains all over it and also my keys to my room were both deactivated an hour before my check out time. The picture online were not even what I expected to be. I wish I had knowed how much drug addicts and gang member driving around in the parking lot at night, people park right out side our room window and was talk g and. Playing music for a couple hours and the staff didn’t even notice so no security at all present or even the staff to address the issue

Nice location. Easy to get to surrounding attractions. Friendly staff when checking in. No issues with the booking in general. I would recommend a welcome book in each room to show nearby attractions and restaurants as well as basic info about the hotel. Cleanliness was ok. Outdated. There were patches painted on the wall in a different color, so not appealing to look at. The door was difficult to open with the key card and never worked on the first try even though it turned green. You could hear everything around you. We were close to an exit and could hear people all through the night as well as in the pool. Actual conversations so it made me wonder if they could hear everything we said. Not very private. There needs to be a soap dish in the tub to set things upon. Or some kind of rack. The bed in the room and as well as the pillows were very uncomfortable and hard to lay on.

Entire hotel seems to be in the middle of small remodel projects. Floors are in variety level of wear. Bathroom was recently remodeled, but forgot (missed) to install a hair dryer. Bed was good and room was rather clean. Check in is rather quick, breakfast had two cereal choices with small dispenser. They did have hot waffles and a couple fruit options. Coffee was good and hot. Nothing to write home about but did provide a bed & breakfast

Outside of building and hallways were very dated. Bed linens looked clean but the curtains were not. Condition of room was very dated and room was extremely hot. It took 3-4 hrs to cool down and never completely cooled down. Just felt unsafe in this area of town.

Overall the property itself is OK. You can tell that at one time it was a super nice place, but with time it has gone down. Bed is comfortable and my room was clean. If you do not like the smell of marijuana, do not come here. It can be pretty strong in some areas at certain times. Dolly at the front desk was super nice and helpful.

The staff were very kind and helpful through our stay. The room was clean and cozy. The room keys though kept deactivating! We kept them far away from our phones and wallets like the staff said but we had to go up several times to get them fixed. The outside had plenty of grassy areas for our dog to walk and the pet fee was the lowest we’ve ever paid!! The building itself outside was just recently painted and seemed to be kept up very well

The outside had plenty of grassy areas for our dog to walk and the pet fee was the lowest we’ve ever paid!! The building itself outside was just recently painted and seemed to be kept up very well

The property was back a secluded drive through a rundown area. It was not very well lit. Check in was easy, but the hostess gave very limited directions to my room location, which was confusing as I had to go through the Atrium & doors from there were not well marked. The room was okay. There was a cleaning rag left on the sink. The remote control didn't work unless you stood next to the TV. The trim on the mirror in the bathroom was missing a piece. The breakfast was very disappointing - you could get fruit, have a waffle or get cereal. When I went to check out, there was noone at the desk & only a basket requesting guests leave keys there.

You can tell that at one time this hotel was very nice. The gentleman that works the breakfast is very rude. Dolly, the lady at the front desk is very sweet and kind. My room stays clean. Nobody ever bothered me. I slept great.

This was the worst stay in a quality inn or a hotel ive ever had. Management was rude, argumentative, and not accomodating to basic hotel services. Expected 2 grown men to use the same 1 towel for 5 working nights.

The safety locks on the exterior doors were all disabled. I didn't worry too much about it until 3 cops flew through the parking lot looking for someone. Pool wasn't open. Bathroom in the holidome area was absolutely disgusting. Won't go back there.

The property itself is good, but it suffers from being in a bad neighborhood. There were a lot of vagrants wandering in the parking lot. There were broken door locks on the outside doors, and also on our room door.

Booked a stay here to go to the Springfield Antique extravaganza. The lobby and hallways smelled like marijuana. Front desk Staff were friendly and check in and out was very easy. Outside of building and hallways were very dated. Bed linens looked clean but the curtains were not. Condition of room was very dated and room was extremely hot. It took 3-4 hrs to cool down and never completely cooled down. Just felt unsafe in this area of town.

We immediately checked out after seeing the hotel and our room. Strange people lingering around watching us, almost got hit by a car getting into the building. Decided to check out the room before unloading the vehicle. Doorway was propped open so anyone could go into the hotel, stairway was dark and cluttered with garbage and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Got to the room and the light switch didn’t work so we made our way over to a table lamp to get some light. The room was awful! Broken furniture and crayon markings all over everything. The two very small pillows on each of the beds were brown and dingy! We didn’t need to see anything more, we could not stay there!! When we got outside to make our way back to the office to check out, a car slowly followed us to our truck. This place is NOT safe! Beware!

The room was quite adequate and great effort was taken to keep the facility clean. Obviously there was concern about unwanted individuals around. I would not want to be outside alone after dark, the building was way back behind a plaza and there were a lot of trees around. Well back from the hotel was a pick-up truck that appeared to be a meeting place for homeless individuals and they had a small fire out there Saturday night,

Acted like a single person was too much trouble. No amenities (no remote for TV, no h air dryer, no coffeemaker, etc). All lights flickered if bathroom lights were on. A/C barely cooled, mostly just moved the air. Breakfast offerings at 8am was sugary cereal in plastic condiment containers, banana-nut muffins or waffles, room so hot & humid that outdoors was more pleasant. Found mold on carpet and in drawer once it was daylight. Only good was nice tile in bathroom, nice wall color and picture on accent wall. Out of 20 hotel stays in the oast 2 years, only one that is a never stay again!

It advertised breakfast included. It was make your own waffles and milk and 2 types of cereal. The dining area was extremely hot which made it questionable to use the milk. The bathroom renovation was very sloppy and looked like a very poorly done home project by someone who had no idea how to use tools. The receptionist was very abrupt to the point of almost being rude. I would stay there again only if no other availablity. The bed was comfortable.

Trash was left in bags outside. The locked door was kept open by a brick. Needs new carpeting through. Slamming of doors very early in the AM. Breakfast.was limited no coffee cup. The breakfast was until 9am but they stared to close it down at 8:40am. We will not stay there again.

I traveled with my husband, mom and 2 kids. When checking in I said I need one of the rooms to have 2 beds. I was a given a room with one bed and the other had one bed and a fold out couch with a huge stain on it. We did not get any sheets or pillows to put on it. Even we had I wouldn't have let my kids sleep on it because the mattress was stained. The outer doors that should've been accessible only by key card were broken so anyone could've come in, which was even more unsettling by the fact questionable people wandered the parking lot at all hours. We were supposed to stay there on our way back home, but I canceled our reservation due to feeling unsafe. I canceled in before the deadline so I should've been refunded, but there was some run around and didn't respond to the email from Hotels.com inquiring about the refund.
