We stay here 3/4 times a year with each stay about 5 days. Room key needed to be rekeyed 3 times, the hotel hosts private events Friday or Saturday nights which ends up having no parking for hotel guests. Had to park in shopping center lot across the street. Ridiculous and unacceptable!!!!

I would have rated it higher but one of the elevators was not working and being on the fifth floor made it tough. The gym was not open and the pool was packed. Breakfast was great. Bed was comfy.

The hotel is currently under renovation but that didn’t make much of a difference for us. Our room was clean and comfortable. As many people before me, complained….having only one working elevator was a real drag. That’s the only negative we had.

I was very appreciative of the shuttle to the Metro station.The shuttle was always available and drivers were friendly. One of the seatbelts was inoperable.The one I was most likely to use. The hotel was clean. Reception staff and breakfast staff were friendly.

The hotel was not very clean. The floor didn't look like it was vacuumed and I found hair in the shower before I even used it. The bedsheets were fine. We didn't stay in the hotel long as we only were there one night to attend a family funeral.

Safe was amazing, location was superb but hotel is showing its age. Our room door got stuck the bathroom door was hanging off one of the hinges and skip the breakfast.

The hotel was fairly modern looking. It appeared that it had been recently updated. The room was clean and relatively efficient. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I wish I understood the ventilation systems in bathrooms these days. There was no fan. But, not a problem. No lingering odors and condensation cleared away from the mirror in about 1 minute. We had little need to interact with staff. Check in and check out were easy. The staff was friendly enough. Breakfast was about what one would expect at this price range. They do have a pancake maker, hot eggs, biscuits, bacon one day, sausage the next, potatoes, toast, cereal, a selection of juices etc. We have family in a assisted living facility near by. So we will probably be staying here in the future.

The stay was overall ok. The hotel was nothing special. Our room was very humid. There was no fan in the bathroom so after anyone showered the room just got more humid. The sink in the bathroom was very small and had no counter space. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. There really wasn't any thing special about this hotel. It was easy to get to and there were a lot of things close by, stores, the mall etc.

Everything was good, customer service was great. We got to the hotel around 11:00 am and we just wanted to leave one of our cars there but the reception staff gave us the room because it was ready. It was very nice of them.

The receptionist kept saying our cards for the deposit was declined even though they weren’t. I made us try 4 different cards that I knew were all good. He kept saying it was our problem and then finally the same card that we originally tried worked. Also there was a very loud drilling at 8 the morning and the cleaning staff was yelling in the hallway.

Absolutely one of the worst hotels to ever stay in. If you want to be bothered by your stay then choose this hotel. Extremely terrible service and when you try and speak to a manager you end up realizing that the manger is the one supporting this kind of behavior from his employees. They were literally trying to take money from my card without my consent. They talk in a very rude way and they shout at you when you ask for your right saying that they will kick you out of the hotel if you don’t do what they want. Honestly, this is the worst hotel ever.

We really enjoyed how the hotel was right at the exit of the highway. There is also a very large shopping radius around the hotel. My father needed a barber and there just happened to be one right across from the hotel. The continental breakfast was a very big perk for our trip as well. The gym seemed well equipped, it even had a variety of weights. I didn’t enjoy a workout because I was with my child but the gym was inviting. The room was comfortable and our room had a view of the highway. At first I thought it would be noisy but it is far enough away that we didn’t have any noise disruption from the highway. The room had a blow dryer, an iron and ironing table, and a Keurig (modern compared to others with coffee pots). This hotel is also located only 17 minutes away from the Pentagon which is great since that’s where we visited. Overall a very good stay, with no complaints.

The room was comfortable and our room had a view of the highway. At first I thought it would be noisy but it is far enough away that we didn’t have any noise disruption from the highway. The room had a blow dryer, an iron and ironing table, and a Keurig (modern compared to others with coffee pots). This hotel is also located only 17 minutes away from the Pentagon which is great since that’s where we visited. Overall a very good stay, with no complaints.

The room is clean, spacious, very well designed. It has a place for your luggage so you don’t have to it on the floor. Breakfast is good, biscuits, muffins, bagels, omelets, scramble eggs, variety choices. Great location, lots of stores, Marshalls, Target, restaurants, 15 minutes drives into DC.

The hotel staff that greeted us upon arrival was extremely friendly and checked us in quickly. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast included a variety of choices, and the coffee was better than the average hotel coffee. The location is easily accessible, within walking distance to many restaurants, near to shopping, and has plenty of free parking. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

While the staff was efficient and friendly, our room had issues. The toilet overflowed. Once all was mopped up and said to be fixed, the toilet ran constantly until I finally fixed it myself. It’s also a noisy place, thanks to highway noise that perhaps can’t be addressed, but also because of noisy guests and tour groups. To top it all off, the TV repeatedly froze, and the breakfast area was cramped because of a renovation project. We won’t stay there again.

Only bad experience was when my wife went to get breakfast and brought back to room the milk was spoiled. Which was major drama for a few minutes. Other than that our stay was pleasant and very close to our kids house for the gender reveal for our grandson in October.

Room 906 had a very strong dog smell unless AC was very cold and affected my allergies. Be aware they allow up to two 75-pound dogs in their rooms. You get what you pay for.

There was a good selection for a buffet at a hotel. This is a big hotel with lots of activity in the buffet area for breakfast. Staff may want to be a little more aware of the amount of food that is taken away from the area - often numerous times by the same people. Good easy to find free parking is a big plus.
