Bien después de llegar tan cansados la verdad que el personal ha sido muy agradable. El proceso de check in, muy rápido y con todo lo necesario para poder dormir bien después de tantas horas de viaje. Repetiría sin duda

The place and staff was great but I do not recommend staying here. The manager flipped off my teenagers because she thought they were grown, flipped out because my 5 year old left a cup in the hot tub, took our keys before checkout and refused to give them back, tried to go into one of our 2 rooms before checkout, then had the nerve to call the cops and tell a bunch of lies so the cops just shook their hands and let us go. The staff said he didn't hurt the hot tub and apologized for managers behavior also stating that's how she treats the employees that why someone quit this morning. I've already contacted hotels.com and I'm contacting Wyndom as well because she's the manager denying everything and there's cameras to show her despicable behavior, something needs to be done about her, if she can't handle a 5 year old leaving a cup in the hot tub that did absolutely nothing (according to staff), how is she going to handle a bunch of drunken or hyped up motorcyclist during Sturgis? Just turned into an awful stay because of the management. Safe travels fellow travelers!!

It was absolutely wonderful! My son and I had a blast! The price was amazing the staff were so friendly! 10 out 10 would recommend to anyone!

One for the books for sure. We had booked several nights for our trip in South Dakota. My grandpa had passed away we were there for a funeral and had to bring the kids… so we booked for the pool and it was close to family…. Well we get there and the front desk gal was complaining that she was ready to go home and was going home after checking us in. I asked if we could book additional nights as things came up and family needed us to stay longer. She said no do it on Expedia wouldn’t even check prices for us… then she hands us the paper to sign and check in and waits till I sign it to tell me that their pool is down for renovation….but the hot tub works… We needed the pool for the kids especially since it was going to be a long time for them it was something to take their minds off the funeral. I said okay and we went to our room We enter the doors to the pool area which is how you get to the room and the area is stacked with old beds and dressers stained and smelling like urine. We get up to our room and it was also dirty. Stains on the sheet long black hair on the shower walls. Just Grose. We tried to reach the front desk but she was gone. My kids had been in the car for 12 hours and really wanted to use the hot tub so while my husband called Expedia to get this worked out they used the hot tub. The hot tub was mostly clean but there were chunks of long black hair floating around. It was 20 minutes till when we left. Do not stay here!!!!

We booked the hotel for the pool and it was closed due to no heat. The hot tuv was open, but the jets point almost upward so it sprays in your face. We were told the rooms were recently renovated which we noticed by all of the old furniture sitting outside and the pool area being crowded with old mattresses. The room was not fully clean in the corners and under the edge of the beds. Breakfast... was a sad excuse for anything. They had cereal, but no milk. The coffee tasted burnt. The biscuits for biscuits and gravy were like cardboard. There was only 1 peanut butter in the entire container. It was very sad. Only upside was the hotel is next to a convenient store... so we went there for breakfast instead after freezing in the breakfast room attached to the pool that has no heater.
