Equipment includes a freestanding dishwasher, electric oven with hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and microwave. There's ample space to enjoy meals with a farmhouse style table and four chairs. Living Room With period features and a modern electric wood burner effect fire, this room is furnished with two two-seater sofa's, an armchair, coffee table and side tables. There's Wifi and entertainment's provided with a TV and Bluetooth speaker Family Bathroom A good-sized bathroom incorporating a bath with shower over, washbasin, WC, heated towel rail and window giving natural light. First floor Carpeted stairs rise and turn to the small first-floor landing where both bedrooms are found. Outside This cosy semi-detached cottage is in the heart of the village on Huntingfield, next to the popular traditional country pub, the Huntingfield Arms and just opposite the well-equipped playground and playing field. In the centre, near the wonderful All Saints Church and the historic Guildhall are a thriving modern Co-op store and two charming pubs. Close by, Halesworth is full of character, with old buildings, a weekly market held on a Wednesday and a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. The beautiful Suffolk Heritage Coastline features unspoilt heathlands and the RSPB Minsmere Nature Reserve, whilst the delightful coastal towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh are all within a short drive. With the cities of Ipswich and Norwich both within touring distance, Halesworth is an ideal location from which to discover Suffolk.
