The staff were nice and helpful. The rooms are ran down. The amenities on the island are ran down. The food was edible but not great. The snorkeling off the back side of the island was good. I went to scuba dive and after arriving I found that the dive shop was open but that they don’t offer diving. They gave me a number to call for a dive shop in Nadi that wanted to charge me $375 to dive

It's hard to maintain all facilities to a high standard I imagine. The staff are amazing and we loved our holiday

Our room was lovely, clean and spacious, beautiful views. Unfortunately the water was turned off for large chunks of the day and the toilet didn't refill, had to use a bucket of water to flush. It wasn't too much of a problem but the communication about it could be better. The staff were friendly and kind, couldn't fault their enthusiasm, but a little disorganised when it came to excursions, we asked to go to Cloud 9 but spent two hours waiting past the time they said to be ready while they organised the trip, as a consequence we missed out on time there and wasted a proportion of our day. Buffet food and breakfast was disappointing but the a la carte and concession restaurants were good. We enjoyed the teppenyaki and the sunset meal. The turtles were a suprise and a treat, we enjoyed learning about their conservation efforts. Amenities were good. Lots of activities during the day and evening if that's your interest.
