To be honest, I’ve stayed at the la residencia, Puig, etc. This hotel tops them all. Great amenities, great location, parking is amazing, and the rooms are beautiful. My only negative I would say is the Night Shift Front Desk isn’t as educated as he should be. He refused to give my wife a simple Band-Aid because he said it’s only for staff. Not something that makes a lot of sense, but that was probably the only issue we’ve had. He just kept lecturing that he’s not allowed to give away any kind of first aid kits because it’s for staff. He also refused to give us hotel provided toothpaste and toothbrushes so we can use it in the morning prior to our checkout at 6 AM because our bags are already packed. Other than that, the morning shift guy, I wish I had his name, blonde hair with glasses, super nice, super respectful and was very helpful throughout our entire day. He’s probably the reason why I give this place a 10 out of 10.

Wonderful hotel located close to Cala Deia. Great rooms and pool area. 5-10 minutes walk to the sea where you can take a swim (if the sea is calm). Staff were excellent and helpful. We stayed for two nights and will definitely come back.

Really helpful staff, excellent breakfast and lovely room. Lunch and dinner were also generally very good. The pool area is quite small and there were not enough sun beds available. Didn't detract too much from a lovely few days in Mallorca.
