We stayed for one night due to wanting a last minute trip. The staff was great and friendly! The room was very spacious for our group. The kids loved the pool and hot tub! The breakfast was good! The rooms were really clean and the beds were very comfy! We will deffiently have to make another trip!

The room was comfortable, not fancy, but fine. Clean, plenty of towels, etc. Air conditioner worked well. We slept well in the beds. Our grandson (10 yo) enjoyed the pool and spa. It was clean, with lots of available seating around. Pool towels are provided. There's a restroom right there in the pool room. There's a very good Mexican restaurant around the corner. Check-out staff was very friendly.

I loved the layout of the room we got. Plenty of space which was lovely for my family of 5. The best part of this stay was that we got clean towels every day, having a jetted tub was lovely, and we had access to the pool. Overall we weren’t impressed. The elevator was out of order 4 of the 5 days we stayed at this hotel. We are fine using stairs but I wasn’t happy when the staff told me that my 10 year old trying to carry his luggage down the stairs (because the elevator was out of order) was being too loud and needed to be quieter. The breakfast was …. Icky. Options were limited and there were flies everywhere. I opened the lid for a crockpot and there were flies all up in those biscuits. There was no drinking water available at breakfast. I asked the staff and she pointed me to a drinking fountain by the elevator. Also, we went through maybe 8 keys at the hotel. We had issues opening the door a majority of the time and when we brought it to the front desk they kept telling us it was our fault because we must have put the keys by a magnet. But after the first 4 keys we were very careful to make sure that wasn’t the case. Last complaint from my two teens “terrible coffee.”

My daughter, grand daughter and great grandson stayed 2 nights. They said it was a great room and your stuff was so kind. I want to thank you for that. Very clean. Fast courteous service. Located as close as you can get to Truman dam. Walmart, gas, and fast food are all right across the street. The room was very nice. The superior room has 2 double beds and they are up stairs in a loft room. There’s no separate ac unit up there is my only complaint but I’m not actually complaining because it stayed cool. It was a little loud because the other loft rooms are next door so the noise really travels.

Comfortable beds and pillows, would dare to even say that my night's sleep rivaled Marriott Courtyard, which is typically my go-to for quality sleep. Room has old colors but clean and everything worked. Not crazy about sinks being part of the main room instead of being in the bathrooms. Breakfasts were of good quality and variety.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast, and the only issue was noise; kids (or adults) running around above our room, and someone's car alarm was going off for over 10 minutes. Overall, still a great stay, and this is our go-to spot for when we visit family.

Room was clean, staff was awesome. The bed in the room felt like an air mattress when my husband or i got in and out of it it felt like it had air bubbles under the blankets and every move was felt. Breakfast was NOT good this time.

Breakfast was decent, as long as you don’t have any food sensitivity issues. If you have food allergies then hotel breakfasts are usually hit or miss, so this is expected. There was a nice variety of pastries, scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, a waffle iron and batter, fresh fruit and some oatmeal and cereals. The room was clean and spacious. There were loads of channels on the TV, more than unexpected. The town is cute, although everything shuts down early, so be aware of store and restaurant hours. We have visited just after Christmas and in the summer. Definitely more is open in the summer than in the winter.

Great Hotel at the lake. The staff is top shelf. The front desk crew always makes you feel so welcome. I stay at least once a month on business. This is the nicest hotel in the area.

Absolutely terrible check in process. I clearly have a reservation that states 1 of 3 rooms all on the same day. I have the confirmation. I have everything needed. The hotel shows the same info but the site and hotel didn’t coordinate to reserve 3 rooms. There was only 1. They were able to get me a 2nd for the same price but had to give me a larger loft room for our 3rd and I had to pay extra. Horrible horrible customer experience.

The night shift was super nice their was issues with our toilet leaking and my pajamas pants got wet yes they switched rooms and then I talked to the manager and she was extremely rude saying there was nothing wrong with the toilet that someone pee’d on the floor and she can’t do refunds. I didn’t ask for a refund ask to speak to the GM she said I can email him and then he forwarded the email back to the rude lady!! Michelle Carroll Is on site management and she had no customer service and customer care she was very rude stating the people pee on the floor all the time👀 we did not pee on the floor the toilet was diffently leaking, she stated in the reply email that maintenance tighten the toilet just in case and that they would only refund 1 day and we could leave. Warsaw is a small community and I go down there a lot. Other than the straight rudeness and toilet this is a place I would have stayed a lot the pool was great the night shift was great. I spent 239.00 for 2 days…

The service was exceptional. They went above and beyond to accommodate us after an error I made with the reservation. They were so friendly and eager to help. Our room was clean and comfortable. The dining area was very clean and breakfast was ample. We will definitely stay there again when we're in Warsaw.

The superior room has 2 double beds and they are up stairs in a loft room. There’s no separate ac unit up there is my only complaint but I’m not actually complaining because it stayed cool. It was a little loud because the other loft rooms are next door so the noise really travels.
Very clean. Fast courteous service. Located as close as you can get to Truman dam. Walmart, gas, and fast food are all right across the street. The room was very nice. The room was comfortable, not fancy, but fine. Clean, plenty of towels, etc. Air conditioner worked well. We slept well in the beds. Our grandson (10 yo) enjoyed the pool and spa. It was clean, with lots of available seating around. Pool towels are provided. There's a restroom right there in the pool room. There's a very good Mexican restaurant around the corner. Check-out staff was very friendly.

Comfortable beds and pillows, would dare to even say that my night's sleep rivaled Marriott Courtyard, which is typically my go-to for quality sleep. Room has old colors but clean and everything worked. Not crazy about sinks being part of the main room instead of being in the bathrooms. Breakfasts were of good quality and variety.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast, and the only issue was noise; kids (or adults) running around above our room, and someone's car alarm was going off for over 10 minutes. Overall, still a great stay, and this is our go-to spot for when we visit family.

Room was clean, staff was awesome. The bed in the room felt like an air mattress when my husband or i got in and out of it it felt like it had air bubbles under the blankets and every move was felt. Breakfast was NOT good this time.

I loved the layout of the room we got. Plenty of space which was lovely for my family of 5. The best part of this stay was that we got clean towels every day, having a jetted tub was lovely, and we had access to the pool. Overall we weren’t impressed. The elevator was out of order 4 of the 5 days we stayed at this hotel. We are fine using stairs but I wasn’t happy when the staff told me that my 10 year old trying to carry his luggage down the stairs (because the elevator was out of order) was being too loud and needed to be quieter. The breakfast was …. Icky. Options were limited and there were flies everywhere. I opened the lid for a crockpot and there were flies all up in those biscuits. There was no drinking water available at breakfast. I asked the staff and she pointed me to a drinking fountain by the elevator. Also, we went through maybe 8 keys at the hotel. We had issues opening the door a majority of the time and when we brought it to the front desk they kept telling us it was our fault because we must have put the keys by a magnet. But after the first 4 keys we were very careful to make sure that wasn’t the case. Last complaint from my two teens “terrible coffee.”

Breakfast was decent, as long as you don’t have any food sensitivity issues. If you have food allergies then hotel breakfasts are usually hit or miss, so this is expected. There was a nice variety of pastries, scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, a waffle iron and batter, fresh fruit and some oatmeal and cereals. The room was clean and spacious. There were loads of channels on the TV, more than unexpected. The town is cute, although everything shuts down early, so be aware of store and restaurant hours. We have visited just after Christmas and in the summer. Definitely more is open in the summer than in the winter.

This hotel is truly a gem! The staff are here to make your stay as pleasant as possible and it shows. Clean, quiet, conveniently located - you will not be disappointed. Great for families and I highly recommend the superior room. It made it so much easier to move around rather than being cramped in a normal hotel room. Not that their normal size rooms are small, but this made it all the better. Keep up the great work, guys! You are what traveling families want to see.

At the time I made my reservations through hotels.com I requested king size bed... It was confirmed.... When I arrived at the hotel the day of check-in they only had available two queen beds... I asked if there would be any credit involved.... They replied no, and responded with, "two double Queens are equivalent to one king size bed".... Now get your head around that statement.... The indoor pool is not heated.... Daily breakfast is the same.... Frozen round eggs, link sausages, biscuit and gravy..... Yes they have waffles bagels and cold cereal and coffee and a styrofoam cup. All for 289 for two nights....

The hotel room was very clean. My complaint is there was one tiny bar of soap and one tiny bottle of shampoo for the 2 of us. No conditioner or lotion. The breakfast was pathetic. One morning there were 2 bananas and the next day no fruit at all. The bakery shelves only had a few bagels and few pieces of bread. The hotel was quiet .you need to eat your breakfast elsewhere if you want a decent breakfast.
